so this so called guy name Larry left me a voice mail, I've called him back twice to discuss business on his "out to lunch" voice mail. Hmm out to lunch at 8pm both days I've called?
Seems to be a sham 100% since no one has took the time to call me back, as I own several tier 3 salons in different cities. This company will NOT be receiving any of my business.
I'm very glad I looked this up and see the complaints, especially from the Hospital posting above. A caller who does not do his research is just bad business from the get go.

Buttterscotchchick.. you are correct. We don't charge any money to our brides/grooms for wedding planning assistance because we receive a marketing fee from the vendors once they are hired.. however we also give 10% of what they spend with our partnered vendor back to the bride/groom as Reward Dollars (travel credit with our travel department) as well.

Effini... I'm actually an employee at 1800-Registry. When vendors request to be partnered with us, we require them to give us 3 professional references and 7 bridal references. I apologize that your dentist didn't ask your permission first, however, we would only be calling to confirm you were satisfied with their teeth whitening services. No further calls would be made to you.

Called my office number. "Randy of 1-800-Registry" left a message that she/they got my number from my dentist (I am NOT happy about that - I was not asked by my dentist) and are looking to use me as a referral on teeth whitening for brides. I did not call back.

This number belongs to 1-800-Registry. They are a company in the bridal industry where folks that are planning weddings can register with them to access vendors who can provide services for their event. The vendors have to register, and pay a fee (which may be waived according to whatever marketing promotion they have going on at the time) which enables them to be accessed by the person(s) planning their wedding. 1-800-Registry claims that the vendors that are listed on their site are pre-qualified due to background checks etc, and will receive a 15 % percentage of the proceeds paid by the potential client once he/she books and pays. It's like a finder's fee. We (1-800-Registry) find you the business, when the client books and pays, you (the listed vendor) pay us 15%.

I have received a call from this number (based in Illinois) two days in a row. Today I tried calling the number back and the prompt said I had reached 1-800 Registry.
