I just got a call from Sabrina Peterson threatening 90 day jail time for a supposed debt. She had personal information and explained I would need to pay back 3x the amount. This is A SCAM. Beware they purchase your personal information and are based out of Indiana. I was referred  to a Brenda Cross as well. My brother called back claiming he was from a law firm and they stated a "Sabrina Peterson" did not work there. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING. Contact FTC and local police to file a complaint.

I just got a call from these people! I am so glad I read this! The woman called herself "Sabrina Peterson" and was absolutely horrible to me. She said exactly those things to me, then told me that she was going to tell the  "judge" that I thought it was funny because I could not give her the info she wanted. Thank you for posting this!

They contacted us trying to reach someone else, they called what they were referring to as an "emergency contact" however they called an office number that no one would have had.  They were stating that there was a felony warrant out for someone's arrest and we needed to get a message to them. They were very threatening and defensive. I can see how someone would feel bullied.

They are a fraudulent company and are scamming people so beware of giving out personal information and contact the big 3 credit agencies to put alerts on  your accounts for fraud.
