The place calling is MCI World Communication based out of Clayton Indiana it is also a Land line

have received three calls from this number in three days

I just ckd my voicemail and recd over 22 hang up calls from them... ugh

Keep getting phone calls from the saying I won a $40 gift card. They never leave a message, so I do not know from what company or organization the phone call is coming from.

annoying they call as late as 8:30 PM...
I've never filled out a survey and given my phn # .. just for reasons like this .. so not sure where they are getting my number like others I'm on the do not call list ....

This just started on September 19th they call once a day and do not answer when you pick up the phone.  Can this number be blocked from my cell?

They're not calling 'without permission'. That's the problem. At some point, you have taken a survey or something similar and in the small print is the notation that you are agreeing to receive calls from their sister companies. If you don't want to receive calls like this, don't fill out freebies, samples queries, or questionnaires.

I have gotten 5 calls today... no one will speak nor do they leave a message

I've gotten it several times, no message. Today I answered and who/whatever hung up.

I too have been recieving calls from 317-539-3024 and it is beyond annoying.  For about 4 days now they are coming in a loop about every 4 hours.  And after the first two daqys of no messages left when I wouldnt answer this strange number...I answer and said not interested.  30 minutes later they called again.  And I cant block the number from home I tried, even though its a landline.  Anybody else have any bright ideas???

I done the same thing as Julie.  Filled out a questionaire for free samples and every since have gotten this # calling my cell phone as i don't have a home line, my computer is broad band.  Now i am going to try Muriels theory and hope it works.

Just wish they would not call when I am trying to sleep.  How would they liked It, if I called their house at 1 or 2 am.

I've received repeated calls for over a week.  They never leave a message.  All the Caller ID says is "Indiana" with no other information.  Shouldn't the FCC close them down for calling without permission since I'm on the "do not call list"?

I have more to do than answer the phone 12 times in a day , or late at night and even on Sundays !!! for heaven sake should be a law against this crap .Even if you sign up for something SPEAK when we answer or stop calling !!!

Have received 6 calls in 24 hours. Left 1 message, but it was a few seconds of office noise (computers, etc.)

Realized I've also been recieving calls from 630 869 6899.

I did the same thing online a few days ago - entered in my phone number in some stupid questionairre - stupid!! And now these calls won't stop from 317-539-3024.  I know its somewhere in Clayton, Indiana.

This number 317-539-3042 has called me SEVEN times TODAY!!!  Never leaves a message...it is getting quite rediculous.  Sorry to everyone else that is dealing with this, but am glad to know that I am not the only one dealing with this.  Now, the question is.....HOW DO WE STOP IT!?!?!?!

Keep receiving many, many calls from 571-261-0047  (Indianapolis, Indiana), same number of calls as received from 317-539-3024

Continually receiving annoying calls from "Clayton" at 317-539-3024.
This has been going on for a few days.
I filled out a questionnaire for free stuff on Dr. Oz...tried to cancel out prior to completion...wonder if there's more than a coincidence.  One of the questions regarded "going back to school"...arrgh!

They have called my phone now 5 times in one day!! I think julie may be right, since these calls only started after I filled out an offer for a sample of something too. I have managed to block the number though through my phone company. So, I shouldn't be hearing from them any more. I have a policy where if the number is long distance, doesn't give a name of a person, isn't familiar, and doesn't show a business name as well then I don't answer.

I called the number back and it's like a survey place. The woman asked me if i was interested in going back to school because i filled something out online a few days prior. I answered her, she said "Thank you and have a great day". That's all.

Me too..I create a "solicitor" contact in my cell phone directory, then block calls from that contact, and keep adding numbers to it as they call. The list goes on...and on...

It's a survey place. I guess I filled out a survey saying I would like to go back to school.

they call AT LEAST 3x a day! How can this be stopped? I am on the do not call list.... ridiculously annoying.
