Just got a call from the number 317-554-1655, no message left...this has happened before, when I called back, it said it was disconnected.

They called, I didn't answer, and no message was left. When I called back it said the number was disconnected.

It is MSI Collection Agency 317-613-3722

Yes the number is confirmed belongs to MSI Collections.
I call them back after I got 2 calls with no messages left.
They didn't want to talk to me,kind of rude at first, they were looking for the people that had the number before me. I "Politely" asked them to remove my number from their database. They were very nice after they figured out I was not the one they were looking for.

I got a call from this number this morning and could not get to the phone in time. When I call back it says the number is disconnected. At&t informed me that some businesses have outgoing lines that do not receive incoming calls.

a woman called me about a hospital bill i owed on, but i called the hospital billing department and no one called me. I gave her my account number to do a check by phone.  When I called the number back it was a disconnected number I immediately closed my account watch out this person even knew where I worked at.

Person asked for ex-roommate.  The person went by the name "Heidi" with a company called "MSI" ... After having her repeat the call back number SEVERAL times because I couldn't understand her, I got (317) 613-3722 with ext. 2213

when i called this # within 5 minutes of them calling got a message # disconnected Private number showed in Caller ID

My husband just got a call from someone from 317-554-1655 and she was very rude and sorry to say but she got cussed out too.  We called back and the number was disconnected.  I don't know who they are but they spoke of a bill we have no evidence of.  However after reading these notes, I feel much better.

Femala caller, wanted to speak with ex-roommate, when told ex-roommate no longer lived here caller pestered for details of when ex-roommate moved and where to. Caller also wanted to leave a message for ex-roommate despite being told that we are no longer in contact.

I have been getting call 4 or 5 times a week from this number. No message on the machine just the number on the Caller ID

got a call on my phone from this number while I was on another call,  called it back  from  my computer  using skype and It was disconnected. or perhaps it was a recording The phone owner put on the line  rather than  a Phone Company message???

A collection agency but could not understand who.
