I received a call from this number on my prepaid cell and do not want my minutes wasted on these scam phone calls, I'm on the do not call list and should not be getting these calls

Card Member Services.  Telemarketing company that "FISHES" for information on your credit card details ie: credit cards name & customer service number, amount owed, interest paid, partial credit card number. exp. date, payment history, etc.

This company has been calling me and harassing me for years. This company REFUSES to stop calling me after I have notified them dozens of times that I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

I called back the numbers that appears on my caller id, there is an automated voice message system where you can remove your number from their data-base (I have done that a dozen times and they continue to call) or you can hold for a live representative - you will hold forever, there is no live representative to speak with, you will stay on hold and listen to lovely music.

got this call over the Christmas holiday - no message - all these 'tiny rapes' of our privacy make us less trusting of what is left of the good folks

Unusual phone calls from 971-373-0141; 360-529-6105; 425-390-8134; 503-563-0168; 971-220-1011; 360-529-6100, etc.  When I look up area codes  -  all from Northwest area of US.   I have my first Smartphone and concerned that somehow an app shared too much data.  A little relieved seeing that this is happening to others.  I'm putting all my family's cell phone on the Do Not Call Registry.  Will continue to monitor and report this abuse.

Called today, hung up when I answered.  Called back.  Got recording press 1 to be put on do not call list, then a series of options. In end  thought message said that i was taken off the do not call list, exactly what i don't want.  So I  called again, tried for an operator.  noticed that same male voice on every recording.  Then thought about it and realized it was a not a 1800 or 1888 number, but a 360.  Reported to Do not call registery.

again, another call from this same company, please stop them!!

ring. ring, ring. hang up. leave no message.

Keep getting calls from this number

I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and they keep calling me. I am getting sick of it. They call once a week

Announce your prepared phrase, 'Put my number on your don't-call list,' to the telemarketer. Per FCC requirements, once you've said this sentence, the telemarketer is prohibited from calling you again for 10 years. (Make sure you say that exact sentence. Just saying 'Take me off your list' or 'Stop calling me' does not legally force the telemarketer to stop calling you.)

       Write a letter to Telephone Preference Service, Direct Marketing Association at P.O. Box 9014, Farmingdale, NY 11735-9014. Provide your name, address and home telephone number and say that you do not want calls from any telemarketers. Be sure to sign the letter and keep a copy.

it is a call from Olympia Washington that says to lower your credit card rates......it's a computer generated scam call, they use the number called for gathering information.

I have asked them mulptiple time to stop calling.  What do I do now?

I kept asking what card they are referring to and all they could say was visa or mastercard - no reference to the bank. I asked them to stop calling me and they hung up on me. Very suspicious.

You can't call the number back anymore as you just get a quick busy sound. Very annoying but happy to know others have taken the time to discuss, so I don't feel I missed someone important.  Thought it might be a SKYPE number but I don't think so.

more unsolicited crap on my phone!!!!!!!!!! what do we need to do?

I need to accept a lot of calls from medical offices after my hospitalization, and most of them come in as "Out of Area."  So I need to answer MY telephone that I pay for.  

These scamming criminals who call over and over and over and over, ring ring ring ring all day, every day, can positively drive somebody out of her mind. I wish they would all die, every single person who works for these scam outfits. Does your mother know what you do for a living???!!!!

Called today at 3:30.  Didn't recognize number so I didn't answer and looked it up.  Saw that there is a long history of trouble with this number.

Pull the plug on these b*****ds!

Corporate Advocacy Program This company provides telephone services for two layers of hidden companies, that refuse to abide by federal regulations regarding telemarketing. They have refused to stop calling (though I am already on the do not call list). They have refused to provide any of their information as required by law when asked. They are calling with an autodialer, and have a number of hidden companies so that they can continue doing business.

After contacting the Montana Secretary of State and Montana Department of Justice, I received the following information:

Thank you for your information.  Over time, we have received several complaints like yours.  Upon investigation, we have found that these 406 area code numbers belong to an unknown out-of-state company that purchased/leased the Montana phone number from a telemarketing company that  purchased/leased it from a Los Angeles based competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) named Pacific Telecom.  The calls are not coming from Montana.  Please see the three tiered call sequence below:

1.        Pacific Telecom ?
2.        A telemarketing company ?

I have received about 5 of these calls over the last four or five months.  Two of the calls are still on my cell phone.  I called back twice and got a message that said that I had reached the Do Not Call Registry.  Weird.  The last time I pressed one and a person finally answered.  I told them to remove me from their list.  The gal hung up very quickly.  That call came in on December 8 at 7:18 pm.  I just received another one today at 1:29 pm.  I consider these calls harrassment.  My cell phone number is registered on the Do Not Call list.
