im on the no call list from telemarketers

If you want my opinion just mail the damn survey.  I am going to go and change my phone number so now the Franciscan system will be screwed up.  Everyone should join me!  If I need my test results they can mail them to me.  I don't like being bothered that's why I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and that includes surveys that you could just mail out.  What a pain in the a**!

My doctor wrote a wrong script. someone changed the letters from the old script. It also changed my co pay from zero dollars to a charge close to 100 bucks. why is some dork company taking surveys for the doctors and hospitals. st anthony. totally disgraceful ....

Any reputable, customer-oriented company should know better than to set up an auto-dialer sans a missed call message. If they have nothing to hide and are truly looking out for the best interest of the customer, they should leave a message.
The fact that my hospital is stupid enough to utilize this "survey" company tells me I should probably be leary about my continued care through them.
One more time and I will certainly lodge a complaint against BOTH entities... especially since I do not remember EVER giving the hospital my authorization to share my personal info to anyone other than a collection service should the need ever arise.
Yes I knew a survey call would take place... but at NO time, nor by any other means was I informed the call would originate from. Outside the st franciscan group.

Survey re: experience with my physician who recently joined the Franciscan Physician's Network.  I took the survey (it's short) and wanted to give my doctor the kudos he deserves.  Called around 7 pm, survey took less than a couple of minutes to complete.

This company called Management and Technology Consultants of Indianapolis (317-599-4215) called my cell phone today.  I told him I didn't have time to take a survey and that I am at work.  He slammed me into the automated survey system anyway so I hung up.  I really like my doctor or I wouldn't be going there for treatment.  I don't like this third party phone survey and being subjected to yet another automated dis-service.  If you really want my opinion, mail it to me.  Don't spam my phone or bother me at work.  This is really pathetic.

Caller is a 3rd party company contracted by Franciscan Physicians Network to do follow-up surveys about how you liked your experience with FPN.

Calls and then hangs up without speaking. Just got out of hospital, trying to rest and recover, and this a**hole disturbs me while I am asleep. Then refuses to say his piece. Real lack of class.
