Not sure what I even owe and where from cuz lady didn't know any information but yet asked me for way to much information, oh and asked if I have a debit card or checks so I can make a payment to them, whoever they are (they used 3 didn't names as to what their business is called and confused me to think--- it's a scam--- especially when the lady hang up on me when I requested to speak to her supervisor or the human resources department---and she was very rude asking me for money but not explaining what the heck for

Called Senex Corporate and got in touch with VP of Collections Larry just call the corporate number and dial extension 404. I filed criminal harassment complaints with the FTC at FTC.gov and filed complaints at BBB.org as well as noted down every time they had called me. Time, date, duration. Will be passing this off to my lawyer if I receive one more call from them. Suing them for harassment about a debt that is not, nor has ever been mine. Under the fair credit collections act they have no right to harass a third party about someone elses debt.

They contacted me twice today and the first time I did not pick up second time I picked up they asked for my name I asked may I ask who calling ofcourse they wouldn't tell me other then the operators name veronica then I kept asking what they were inquiring about ofcourse they just wanted personal info so I hung but before I did she let me know that she be calling me until I gave her the info she needed lol do***ebags. I totally agree with you!! These attorneys can't make money defending in a court room because they suck so they resort to bill collecting. These debts have been charged off by the original debtor. If you pay them you are just paying for these bully collectors that call you harrasing you. Do you think these low lifes deserve your hard earned money? They don't deserve anything!

I just tried calling this number 1-888-577-7056 because I have a Senex account on my credit report that I have no idea what the heck it is but when I call that number (which is the business number they have listed on my report) it just rings maybe once or twice and then no one is there it's just silent. I'm frustrated because I need to get this false information off my report immediately and I can't contact this company. Anyone have new information on this company?

Actually a suit can be filed against you AND your wages can be garnished. Might want to give out good information.

I read all the posts because I have gotten calls daily from them. I have blocked their number at this point. I also looked them up on the internet and found a BBB file on them.

I read all of these posts I noticed this has been going on since 2008! I am still getting these calls every single day. I am in the middle of sending a complaint to the federal trade commission who will the report it as fraudulent. IF enough people come forth to send one, these do***ebags can be stopped.

To all the people on here saying pay your bills duh.. (ha and haha) prove that YOU own our alleged bills!  I never signed any type of written contract with you, I don't know you, I've never even met you, so for you to say that I owe YOU is bull!  Give me and everyone else on here a copy of the alleged contact with our personal signatures showing we have agreed to pay YOU and that we agree with the contract, otherwise,  shut the heck up.  You could be someone from Nigeria saying we owe you money for all we know, thereby trying to scam us.  Hey guess what. Senex services owes me a million dollars,  why, because I said so, and because I am going to bully and harass them into paying it.  
By the way, suing these people when these so-called bills are past the statute of limitations for their state is ILLEGAL!  People,  look up statute of limitations for medical bills for your state before you pay them anything!  They are coming after me for a so-called medical bill from six years ago.  Statute of limitations says 5 years for suing, not six!  If they haven't sued you before that time limit,  then their time is up and lawsuit will be thrown out!

FYI Folks---

If you indeed have Medical unpaid bills, here's the real deal. I have been in lending for over 15 years, specifically Mortgage the last 9.

MED bills as it pertains to credit are virtually meaningless.  While it may show in your credit file, it will onlycause a minor ding to your scores as a delinquent account, and once its two years old is doesn't matter.

When an Underwriter sees these bills, h/she ignores them. They are not viewed negativly for other than what they are, as opposed to a delinquent loan or credit card.

Last, it is pure unsecured dent. Collectors may call, but there is nothing they can do to collect but twist your neck hard. Just tell them you're broke and arent going to pay.  They'll want you to pay something, $20 etc because its pure commission to them.

Now, I'm not suggesting its right morally or otherwise not to pay Med bills, but it happens to good uninsured people. Just offering some realistic info.

just got a call from the number (317-613-3005) 2 mins ago, since the caller would not tell me what the call was about or what company he represents i decided to google the number. I'm glad to have read all these comments from others who had the same issue, at least i have an idea what they are about.

Called my company this am looking for someone.  The person they called about is not employed here.  i googled the company.  Called her back and told her not to call this company again.  She said I was nasty.  I told her no, just firm.

They called me today and when I asked who they were they said they were verifying information.  I told them I didn't verify with anyone I didn't know and especially blind calls.  Ended the call.  Their company name and number came up on the caller ID and that is the only thing I knew at the time.  They wouldn't tell me anything and told me that they had my personal information and wanted to verify it.  Sorry Charlie.

I have never heard of this company until today. When I went to try and get a loan for a new car. Funny how this didn't show up on my credit report I had done in April 2011. But showed up today as 2unpaid collections totaling over $500 from January 2010. Why all of a sudden is this on my report. I have no medical bills.
