Same issue here. I posted an ad for my events company in SW Michigan/South Bend and the scammer sent images to see if I could do "this event.."

Glad I checked this site.

I'm back - I was able to get to the web site but Norton flagged this as untrusted site so I didn't open it.

I got a text from this number in response to a "scooter wanted" ad I put on CL. I tried calling the number and it said the number didn't exist. I couldn't figure out the web address they sent:

Sent me a text to a link that wouldn't open and said I should view on a desktop. DO NOT VIEW ON A DESKTOP. VIRUS I'M SURE.

Oh no I tried to open it but couldnt. People are sick.

Same as mentioned above. i posted an ad on CL and they sent a message saying i needed to download something to view pics of a dog i was looking to buy...  scam i think

I just got a text from her wanting to know if the bike in her link was the same I had for sale. She wanted to buy one this week like it for her husband. I deleted it. Think she saw my ad on craigslist.com.

Received a message about opening a pic from pic-soft.net.

This is obviously a CL scamster  DO NOT open the link.

I also received a text with a link wanting to know if the image was the same kind of bike they would be buy. She stated she would be buying a motorcycle for her boyfriend in 1 week.

Same deal 5 min after posting ad, why do they even bother?

Same as Wendy, but sent me to imgsend.com where they tried to install a bunch of stuff. Might want to be careful with this one.

Received a text regarding CL, wanted me to open pic-soft.net as well to see a pic. Googled the website and found posts stating the link leads to malicious malware. Beware.

left a message about opening a pic from pic-soft.net.
i couldnt open it so i texted back no answer
