This number called and immediately informed me I was being recorded.  They then asked if they had reached " Indiana Juvenile" ummm...no.  What?  I told her I have never heard of it and this is a residential number.  She didn't believe and questioned me more.  She asked if I'd ever heard of Indiana Juvenile, a business.  I absolutely have not.  I thought, when she mentioned Juvenile that one of my teens were in trouble and it scared me to death.  Certainly not a business here!  She went on to ask me if I were sure!  Crazy.  I even attempted to look up this " business" on the internet just now and can't find anything.  

Calls me every other day and hangs up when I answer.

This number keeps calling me asking for someone named Robin.  I told them I didn't know anyone by that name, but they keep calling from different numbers.  Very strange.

keep calling me. i have no business w/ this caller or who they are representing. they ask for someone else but dont believe when when i tell them i have had this number aprox. 3 months.

United Recovery Systems.  Keep calling me during work.  I have asked REPEATEDLY to call me after 4:30.  They call me every two days or so...wanting the balance of $6,000 for a car they reposessed.  If I had $6,000, I would not have lost my car.  I guess they think I will come up with it in two days' time.  I tried to be nice, but now I am just aggravated.  I explained that I am living from paycheck to paycheck, but they won't be happy until I am homeless and not taking medication or eating.  They are working for Capital One Auto Finance...who is also a bunch of jerks!  Granted, they gave me a loan; but they made a bad mistake just as I did.  So, deal with it, Capital One!

I called the number back and it is a debt Collector;  United Recovery Systems
