I just got a called from this number which I don't know who it is either. I Google it and this is what I found.

in Indianapolis . I don't know how true it is though but I'm blocking it now!

I got my first call tonight, from 317-707-5033, at 7:48 p.m. I live in northern New Hampshire, so it's definitely not just California getting these annoying calls. They didn't leave any message...just hung up.

I did have surgery, though, approximately 1 month ago, so it's possible they could really be calling to ask about my care while I was there. But what ever their reason is for calling, I'm not going to discuss my healthcare with anyone, either over the phone or in person, unless I know for sure who I'm speaking with.

317-707-1531 has called twice in a week. No message left. I live in the NE and have also recently visited my doctor for surgery and follow-ups. My doctors do their own internal surveys and I deal with my insurance carrier directly. This has to be a scam.

Have has 3 missed calls today from this number and 2 more during our supper.  I called back and it just rang and rang.  Then they call me back and tell me they are doing some "medical survey" and need to know some personal info. I just said not interested and hung up!! Don't ever give out any info. to anyone you do not know, if it is that important they will know all of your information. Be smart!! Jessica

Had a customer report that a "Jeff" from this number is calling them saying he's with my company and that he needs to talk to them about their account. Customer is not happy. We looked the number up and it came up with Aquapure, a competitor that is shady as hell.

 If you call back you get a recording saying the company is Analytical Research Informatics.

I receive a call almost every night, and they never leave a message.  It is getting very annoying to say the least.  How do I stop it? Already on the Do not call registry.

This is supposedly a medical service survey. But it goes to my fax line (unlisted) every single day. I would NOT respond to questions like, "Please verify your address with us" and give them your address, or worse any other personal information. Serious fraud issues with this one.

The name of the company is Analytical Research Informatics out of Indianapolis. Its an out bound call center for Market research.
