This is a setup from intelus or one of those companies, most likely intelus. They are scaming you to want to find out who is calling you, that's why no one answers. They call you and you have to pay to find out who it is, how nice.

I've been getting these as well!  Comes up AT&T Messaging, then no one there.  I'm on the Do Not Call List, so it annoys me that these people STILL call!

I've gotten several calls before from other numbers that say they are with various police departments or fire departments and are requesting funds for the families of fallen officers that have either died or been seriously injured while on duty.  They are VERY pushy and relentless!!  But any donations we do are to our local branches of ANYTHING!  I want to give to something where either 100% or more than 75% goes to the cause and not anything else!

They have better things to do!!!  This statement is a liie!

I have talkied to people, and  they do not have anyone soliciting "by phone".

the people who claim to be the IN State FOP are telemarketers in boiler-rooms. they were exempted from indiana law WRT telemarketing. oh and they only give maybe 25% to the actual FOP...

Have had calls from this number for the past few days.   I never answer unknown callers.  Very very annoying.

This number shows up in my caller ID as "AT T Messaging", and it is someone calling allegedly for the Indiana State Police FOP.  IF they are legit, why does their caller ID say "AT T Messaging"?

I've gotten this call everyday for 4 days.....It comes up on caller ID as AT&T messaging.

Sick of this number calling me on an evenning and then not answering. I have registered for a no call list too.

They called me and 15 seconds after i answered they hung up.

Several calls in the past few days.  No one answers when I pick up.  This is most annoying and disturbing.  It shows on caller ID as an Indianapolis number.  Please stop. You'll sell nothing here.

I answered, and no one responded after 10 seconds.  This is the number of the Fraternal Order of Police in Indianapolis.  My wife donated once, so I think they are just hanging up when a man answers.  I have asked twice to be removed from their list, but they keep calling.

This number has called the house several times. And- they changed their Identifier to AT T Messaging.   They are getting desperate to Scam.

It came up on caller ID as "IN ST FP" which stands for the (Indiana State Fraternal Order of Police).

These people keep calling me and hanging up.  They seem to know my name.  How do I get them to stop.

Please stop theses calls. I will never ever donate again. They call 2-3 times a day.

I get numerous calls from this number daily with nobody on the other end. Very bothersome and I have even called back and left a message on their answering machine not to call back. All to no avail. Very unprofessional tactics from the Indiana State Police as suggested in a prior post.

I FOUND THE ADDRESS TO THIS PHONE NUMBER. IT IS EAST PEARL STREET INDIANAPOLIS IND. IT IS A LANDLINE. THAT IS ALL THE INFO I COULD DIG UP.

THIS NUMBER HAS CALLED MY HOME ALSO  NO ONE ON THE LINE WHEN YOU ANSWER. IT COMES UP ON CALLER ID AS AT&T  MESSAGE. WHEN YOU CALL BACK IT SAYS MAILBOX IS FULL CAN NOT TAKE MESSAGE AT THIS TIME

These idiots continue  to call several times per day. There's never anyone on the line except the recording saying they represent the Indiana State Police which I highly doubt.

These people are something else! Using software to mask who you really are should be illegal!!

They called me just after 8am as I was about to step into the shower. Phone rang 4 times and when I picked it up no one was there. I called the number back. A recording said it was a nonprofit organization and they would call back later.

In any case, I refuse to donate to any organization that calls me because you never know if it's legit or a scam.

If this any organization at all than speak if your not going to say anything quit calling people we don't want it

They've been calling me several times a day, including Sundays.  We answer, and it hangs up after a couple seconds.  If you call back, it's a recording saying a non-profit org. called and will try back later.  "Great, please call back"  I plan on contacting the office at the State Attorney General's office that handles phone solicitation.

This is the Indiana State Police calling to solicit donations for various causes, If you have ever donated they will call back for every cause and they are very pushy!!
