Who are these people?

I too received a call, came through as Customer Loyalty

I spoke with someone named Duane asking me if I was getting my magazines okay and that i was going to be receiving more magazines in the next few days. He said they had already been paid for but then mentioned i was going to be charged $19.60 a month. i told him i dont know what you are talking about and not to charge me for anything. he also asked my age and who i bank with and if i use visa, mastercard or amex? very strange as i do not receive magazines at my home. when i call customer service the number just hangs up on me.

my husband just got a call from these ppl today at 12 (lunch time) and he called me after they talked to him and asked if we had ordered some magazines and i said no and he said in four days there going to take 20 dollars out of our account to pay for them and i told him to call back and tell them NO they did not have any permission to do this...i got on my bank account at 1 after i talked to him to check on what we had and saw they took 95.80 out of our bank account when i spoke to the ppl at my back they said it came out from florida and it came out at 11 am a hour before my husband even spoke to these ppl and he called them back and they said they could not do nothing till monday. so we had to go to the bank and get him a new debit card and dispute this whole thing. its a fraud "company" make sure if you get this number call you that you check your bank account ASAP!  this is a land line in Sheverport,LA and im trying to get the address and info of the ppl now will write back what i find!

I keep receiving messages from these idiots. I told them the first time I wasn't interested and hung up. The second call was a man asking about my magazine subscriptions and if I was getting them ok. I asked him which magazines he was referencing and he said that he was new and couldn't understand the abbreviations. I told him that I was not going to give him the information about my magazines because they sounded like a scam company. Annoying. They are going to get an earful when they call back later today.

Constantly calling and hanging up. No message on machine. Simple harrassment and nothing less

This number says it is Publishers Services asking if I'm getting magazines ok

Me- Um.. could you tell me what magazines I get??

We cannot see the names, only abbreviations.

Me- Funny, I don' get any magazines!!  

They have called me no less than 3 x a day for the past 3 business days... about had t with them.

I get a daily call from these ppl.  I started to answer, but the line disconnects.

I called this number back and got a recording. Recording said this was CLC calling about my newspaper service.Id like to know where they got my number,because ours is unlisted.

Same story that is written before me.  Who is this person and why is he calling me on behalf of my local paper?  When ask this question, he hangs up.

Another unknown number . . . sometime I will answer one of these and see what they want. This is the sixth one in six days. I will call my local newspaper Monday, September 29 and see if they're the "culprits" for giving out my cell phone number.

I called the number back and got a message; "Hello neighbor sorry we missed you earlier, we were just calling to check your service, thank you good bye"

We get calls from this number all the time but never leave messages. I was told they want me to join our local paper but we already get it.
