Got the same call. A guy told me that he could see from the recent payments made to my Visa card that I qualify for lower interest rates. He asked me if I was still charged rates about 13%.
It's always fun to start wasting their time. So, I asked him how he knew about my Visa payments. He came up with a lame answer about reports being sent to him. So, I had to inform him that I don't have a Visa card and I would never in my wildest imagination pay close to 13% interest rates for anything. I hung up. Am trying to come up with a better way to waste their time ... should they call again.

Caller ID shows FVISION.  A robot says "your call is being connected" then it hangs up.

My wife got the call from Paul Pierce at 817 259-1419 and he asked for me and refused to speak with her.  I also see Mass Mutuals called with 817 259-1417. Probably a scam.

Same as above, rings twice then nothing. Some kind of scam.

Another call from 817 area code.  Paul Pierce. Same rediculous message that starts before the recorder.  Wheres the gov't watch dogs when you need them?

I got a call and there was (what sounded like) a 'natural gas system' robo call. I reported it to www.donotcall.gov, and dialed back. There are multiple lines, but I tied up two of them for awhile by making them ring. (Can't call out when it's ringing.)

Report it, contact the Arlington, TX phone co and complain.
