My sister just got off the phone with the local police and they advise to contact your local police, and check your credit report immediately! There are contact numbers at the end of your credit report to report these scum bags!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!

This is NOT a legit company!!!!!you check the BBB and the listing in Tenessee, where they calm to be.  IT DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!!  Do not fall for this scam. Two men called my sister.  They (same Officer Bryan) called my sister in Sept. saying they were going to arrest her at 2:00 then they said 2:30. They said she could send two money orders to separate accounts (come on) in the amounts under 2,500. Then they called her again recently.  They think that they are unstopable.  Think about it,NO POLICE OR FBI are going to give us little guys a warning, dud, Also, Yeah, guess what I work for a bank, you have to declare anything over 5,000 to the IRS.  And what??The FBI is going to want your money order or police in that case. I am sorry are we not in America, NO DEBTOR PRISON!!  In fact, collectors are not allowed to harrass you at all. (Check the laws in your state, they are not allowed to harrass you, it is an easy search on your computer)  These people also use the number 319 228-0556.  Check that out on this web site. They need to be stopped.  They have ripped off soooo many people.  Luckly my sister called the FBI and local police.

Received a voicemail from this Indian guy saying that he was Bryan Colbert an attorney with US National Bank and i had a balnce of 5350.80cts and they had a warrant of arrest for me so being scared i negotiated and they were willing to take $2700 whats weird they had most of my information correct but they wouldnt send me any documentation and also when they put you on hold it sounds so so weird they have been calling me the whole day until i got this website and i called them back and stated i was recording this conversation and they hang up im so lucky because i was willing to pay THIS IS DEFINATELY A HOAX and i have contacted our police department.

I would love to assist.  They got me for $750.  I had one supposed payment of  $450 left and when I didn't pay it, they of course contacted me at work.  I told them I am not paying and that I contacted a lawyer and then of course he didn't want to talk anymore.

My fiance received a call from Alex, a man with a thick Indian accent. He said that she owes 3200 and that she would be arrested if she did not pay immediately. He said he had an affadavit and threatend to file a lawsuit. He would not provide the original account number or name of the creditor. He only said that he worked for United Bank. He attempted to "settle" the debt for a thousand dollars. However, my fiance said she would need to discuss this with someone first. He immediately asked if she was calling a lawyer and said he would have to call back. He has attempted to call several days in a row but left no messages. I am glad I found this website and have seen other complaints. Does anyone want to get a group together to form a class action lawsuit against these people, assuming they get caught?

This is the same number my call came from.  He told me his name was Danuel Lopez and his so called 'partner' was named Bryan but couldn't give me his last name. Unfortunately, I'm out several thousands of dollars. But I have reported to my local police and to the Attorney General's Office.

I too have been a victim of this fraud.  They tried to get me to pay $3200 for something I did not do but they have all of my personal information.  I have since done everything to report it through the credit reporting agencies, Better Business Bureau Id Theft, the attorney generals office, the local police department, and my attorney which is preparing to try and go after these individuals.

I am not putting a rest on this as they have totally pissed me off.  Thank you for your information as well.

Danny Lopez called me stating a criminal lawsuit was being filed today in my circuit court for an unpaid debt. Once I informed Mr. Lopez that I had fell for one of his calls previously and reported him to the authorities he all the sudden had to go.
