click on the number and to the left of the home screen button is one with 2 lines...click on that and you will see block caller

They have been calling me about a cousin for forever, I have told them to stop calling.  They stop for a few weeks and then start again.  I am going to report them, they have no clue about the privacy act.

How would I block them from an android?

I started getting calls from 319-242-7353 I never answered any of them they keep calling any way.  now that same CBE group
today 04/30/2014    started using a new number its 515-954-7698.   how I know is Did a Google search and seen the reports of what otheirs repmpt switching numbers when calling you to try tricking you to answer their calls.  they may  be finding  your phone number by getting on peopl

Harassment... keeps calling my number for no valid reason and before valid time for telemarketers in my area. Reporting...

Just answer, sit quietly and say nothing until they hang up. After one or two times of this, they stop calling.

We get a lot of calls on a daily basis from this # on the cell phone.

We have NO debt, and do NOT owe anyone or any company money.

Caller ID shows CBE Group.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Assuming scam or telemarketer.

The calls don't necessarily mean it is your debt.  If you were used as a reference for anyone, friend, son, daughter, sister, etc...they will call you and see if you can find they person they are seeking.

EXCUSE ME, some of us that cannot afford our Student Loan payments are not 'money grubbers'.  In fact, some are single mothers that chose to further their education to better themselves and secure a more promising future for their children.  Unfortunately, I was one of those that bought into the 'American Dream' myth and signed right up.  Got grants, loans, and ultimately my degree.  What I was not informed was that with our crashing economy (I graduated in 2007), I would have been better off using my degree and all that money (upwards of 20,00) to wipe my a** with.  All jobs i studied for and aspired to obtain eventually became outsourced due to our 'Free Trade' treaty with China and other foreign competition.   Convenience store and fast food mid level management positions that require no degree pay more than what I specialized in.  FYI:  I picked medical administration as a major because I felt that it was the safest and securest way to go.  Hospitals will always be needed and could not be outsourced overseas.  Boy was I wrong.  Turns out management, billing, coding, and transcribing positions easily can be handled in a different country.  Long story short.  I bought a very expensive piece of the 'American Dream' and ultimately ended up with a very expensive nightmare that I had no means to pay back while making sure my son had food, water, shelter, heat, health insurance, and medicine.  I did not 'intentionally' rip off the system and plot to mastermind the demise of the 'rest of you who once in awhile fall behind'.  I simply chose feeding my son over repaying a debt that has systematically and thoroughly ruined me financially.

i keep  getting phone calls from the number 319-242-7353.... i am  using a trac phone and have no idea how they have my nuber only  7 people know it..this call is coming from Iowa...i dont know anyone in Iowa and dont owe anyone any money. It says it is CBE GROUP  ..NOT SURE WHAT THAT IS .

This number calls my home phone and cell phone several times every day, but will not leave a message on either, and I'm getting very frustrated with their persistence.   I am also getting unknown # calls several times a day.  My numbers are on the Do Not Call Registry so I don't appreciate their annoying calls.  The student loans are paid off so they have no business calling us!

I dont know anyone in Iowa. These folks call my phone 7 days a week at all hours. The last one received, w/ no message, was 1145pm last night!!

They called this morning asking for Belinda ******* I politely told them that they had the wrong number. The Idiot then asked me if I was SURE I wasn't Belinda. I laughed and told him that I was pretty sure I knew my own damn name and asked them to remove my number. They called on my cell phone so I do not have a company name, it just comes up as IA USA.

So thu s is one of many #'s for CBE they are a student loan debt collection agency,  by law they can attempt to call you 3 times a day between 8am-9pm.

Kindly help me stop the embarrassment and harassment calls from 3192427353. Someone, a lady has been calling my number with question that I obtained a loan for a school programme which is NEVER true, I have NEVER schooled here and NEVER received any loan what-so-ever for any schooling and will not. Please urge them to stop calling my number and end the fraudulent questions.

I keep getting calls from this number and when i answer no one responds! Its getting in my nerves.

They are not ignoring the Do Not Call list, they have no idea who is even on it and no way to find out. Debt collectors are one of many types of callers who are not required to register for access to the Do Not Call list and, since they are not the intended target of the law, could not even register for if it they wanted to.

Even if you answer and don't know the person they're looking for, they don't believe you and just keep calling.

Frequent calls on my cell phone; no message left, only a recording to return the call.  From reverse look up, seems it is a collection agency for student loans.  Never had one, never will, nor have I ever had a debt in collection so I have no idea why they're calling me, but I'm tired of their calls at all hours of the day.  They've called 3 times just today and several times in the past.  I am on a do not call list but they ignore that.

Same here and they're badgering me to death.  They've called my cell 3 times just today (starting at 8 AM this morning) and have called it several times in the past!  I have never had a student loan, nor has any member of my family.  I have never had a bill in collection either so I can't imagine why they're calling me.  I've had my cell # for 10 years so can't believe they're trying to reach the previous owner.

Finally answered after ignoring them several times.  Asked for someone who didn't exist.  Hard to believe as I have had this cell number since 1999, and I was the first and only person to ever have my number.  Sounds like they are up to no good.

WHO is it that you would prefer the scammers not to call? The scammers don't run this site. It could be the lawyer you call IS the scammer! Another doopa!
