Harassing phone calls from CBE Group to all members of my family including daughter and son in laws. I do not have any debts owed to any one. Please stopped these people from calling.

"CBE Group keeps calling my cell phone" = did you know that you can easily now get a lawyer [all are slimeballs also, but they can make you $$] and collect $1,000 for EACH & EVERY call to your cell phone? Look it up online and the FDCPA info! I WISH they would start caling my cell phone. DOCUMENT EVERY CALL: time, date etc SAVE THE RECORDS!!

CBE Group calls 2 times daily for more than a week so far. A robo voice asks me to press 1 if I am (can't remember name) and 2 if I am not. I have had this number for 20 months and do not know the person they are trying to reach. If I press 2 they just call again, but there is never anyone that I can talk to to say it is the wrong phone number. I am on the do not call lit.

I really think you should mind your own business!! What a concept!

I have received calls from 319-274-4535 which is a landline phone in Waterloo, IA. i receive the calls on my cell phone. i cannot hear the person when they call. i would like to know who this person that is calling me and what they want.

this makes me so mad,I have told them this is not my account and it is fraud they are so rude that it makes me become rude also.Have told them time and time again not to call me but it just continues,they now have changed their # to 515-954 7695 so even if u block them they just call from a different #.

They have been calling multiple times daily, and same complaint as others, no message left, no one is there, I waited once to try to find out who they could be calling for as we get a lot of calls for the people who had the number before us, and we rarely use our land line or list it, so have a feeling this is also a wrong person call, but was left on hold and no one answered.  This is ridiculous and they need to stop harrassing practices.  Is there a way to reach them and find out what and who they want?????

Calls to many times for the wrong person

Not necessarily true, they call my home 2+ times a day. I have told them there is nobody here by that name, yet they still call. I owe no bill!!!

Keeps calling my phone number asking for someone who doesn't live here. I told them this on several occasions and they keep calling!

Started receiving automated message yesterday: "Please hold for an important message", then music.  I dialed last number and it was CBE Group.  I told them they were calling a person not at this number, and told them to stop or I will call the authorities.  It is horrible that companies can call 3 or more times a day, and not be held responsible.

If they persist, I will file complaints with the FTC, Delaware AG and Iowa AG.

This company has been calling my phone number looking for someone named Hudnall, Tiara. I have asked them to stop calling me several time but they persist on waking me up everyday.

I have not gotten a call yet from this number but CBE Group has called me repeatedly from 515-344-3624 and 319-242-7364 and I would like them to stop but no one has talked to me yet. I understand they use "Silent Intimidation" to try to collect from people but if they won't talk how am I suppose to find out what they want.

Received a call from (319) 274-1918 and was kicked to this site when I inquired about the number.  Must be another extension of the same outfit.  Male asked for the owner, that's me, wanted to verify employment and asked my name.  I asked who was calling and thought he said DBE but could have been CBE.  He gave the last four digits of my social, which were wrong, and my birthdate, also wrong.  He said he must have been given the wrong info which happened.  I asked whose employement he needed to verify and he said mine.  Odd...why would an owner be asked to verify their own employement.  The guy was nice enough, but I won't answer future calls from this number.

It's a debt recovery agency......the person that call's makes a commission on whatever he/she collects.  That is why they're so persistent.

Well, you must owe them something or else they wouldn't be calling.

I keep receiving calls at work from this Co. after advising the woman personal calls are NOT allowed.  I advised her to call my cell phone, which I haven't received a call from her.

well... i got they are call everyday too. but what i did is call them back with this number 319-274-1902. and tell them that the person they looking for is not here. ask them to remove your number from their list. then they won't call your number anymore.;

I am unaffected because I refuse to call back or answer even to ask them to put me on the do not call list. They wont do what I ask anyway so I waste their time. Eventually they may leave a message so I have evidence against them. Until then, if it is not important enough to them to leave evidence in the form of a message, then I know it is a scam! I am unaffected.

They call me and ask for a different person. When I tell them I am not that person then they want to know if this is that persons phone. When I tell them that if I am not that person and I dont know that person how could it be that persons phone, they get very rude and hostile with me. I end up hanging up on them or telling them where to stick it.
