I have been trying to return your phone call  since you called me thursday oct.27,2011, you called me while I was in the car and hade a bad connection I said I would call you back ,which I did thurs.& friday and all I got was busy signals or it rang and said all lines are busy call back later. The # you called me on and the same # I have been calling you on is [319-626-3384] if you need me to work on monday oct 31,2011, being today is oct 28th you need to answer your phone.

i kept getting this call like 10 times one day and everytime i would pick up it would just be beeps

I don't know anyone in the 319 area code---or where it is. I have never heard of Heartland Express and didn't apply to work for them, but "hello" should never be answered with "hello" and then a hang up....especially not after they have already proven they can't follow basic instructions in my outgoing message (which would have told me who was calling, via Google Voice.)

...sounds to me like they are polling which numbers have a human at the other end.

The number is Heartland Express. You probably work for them or applied to work for them. This is a recruiter number and they would never contact you unless you instigated the call.
