Answered the phone and I heard a female voice in the background say my name and then the male on the phone asked is this Heather?  I said, "Yes".  Then they hung up.  I attempted to call them back and they picked up the phone, I heard 3 beeps and then silence.  The call was not ended, almost like I was on hold or something.

These people keep calling me. When I answer they hang up. I have had at least 20 calls from this number in the last month.  STOP!!!
