They are bunch of crooks that sell supposedly medical-related stuff.
They operate all over the country (Colorado, Minnesota, Pennsylvania,
Maryland, New Jersey, etc.) with different names, e.g.,

When I answer the phone form an unknown number (at work), or a number that says that the caller ID is unavailable, if there is no response immediately after I pick up the phone and greet the caller, I hang up. This is what happened when this number :417-800-2294, called just a few minutes ago. Caller ID said Nevada MO.

I've gotten several of these calls.

Avalanche of calls from this and several others around the country: 801-335-6393, 319-450-0217 and others to my cell phone. On do not call list. Some versions should like hate political ads. All started two days ago and in rapid succession.

Recieved a call on my company cell no message no answer.

I got a call from 320-356-8379 but I didn't answer it because I also got calls from all of the following just today:  520-226-6004 and 580-701-4183. When I answered the phone, there was no one there on any of the calls.  I called back the 320 number and it said their mailbox was full.  Wish these calls would stop.

Have received a total of 17 calls on my cell from various states.  No one there.  I even received a call from a guy saying he received a call from my #.  Called verizon and they said it was because of Hurricane Sandy messing with the towers.

I got a call from this number 320-356-8379 but nobody answered when I answered.

I had a very similar experience. My phone started getting calls back to back to back today, same day as this poster. I first got a call from 417-691-8133. Then received a call from 701-223-4490. Then received a call from 320-356-8379. This last call was an automated call about the senior citizen medical alert device that others above mentioned. Finally I got a fourth call from 877-230-7592 which is Allied Co, a credit collection. I answered and they hung up. When I called back they said they didn't call me and hung up. All of these calls came within a span of 10 minutes.

Before getting a call from this number, I first got a call from a 417 800 2294 number at 8am. A couple of seconds after I said hello a recording came stating they are a data compiler for Google and if I am the business owner then press 1 to list and 2 to decline listing my business. This is my cell number and on DNC list. So, I pressed 2 -seems like a mistake because now I am getting calls from different area code every minute. So far also got calls from area codes, 414, 877, 417, 610, 320, 281, 801 as I type this. Seems like a new breed of spammer.

The name of the company is the Credit Voice.  The address that they are calling from is 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, FL.  Mike Hilgar is the manager of this telemarketing firm.

I received the same robo-call as MN Gal. It's a sales call, trying to skirt the do not call list and frighten seniors  into purchasing their service.

Got a call regarding a senior life line services, over and over again from this number. Very rude people on the other line.
