Well, let me think about this. The collection agency had their number. If it wasn't them on the phone they could let us know it was the wrong number. But when we have the right number, name, and signed contract between them and the cash advance place with a copy of their drivers license?


Maybe their are mistakes from time to time, but the majority of these people, possibly you, blame bill collectors for calling and "harassing".

Ummmm you owe money. Be an adult and pay it. If ya don't want bill collectors calling, pay your bills. If you don't want to be called as a reference, tell your deadbeat family and friends who don't pay their bills, to stop using you as a reference.

Have you ever thought to just... I don't know... follow the law, including the FDCPA??

Telling random people to pay bills that they very possibly do not owe makes YOU sound like a criminal.

recieved numerous calls they leave no message, they change numbers between 877-726-0451 to 719-203-1382, call at least 3-4 times a day i do not answer its a computer calling when a voice answers hello it prompts the uman who is trying to bilk people out of money all frauds should be sued.

Repeated calls from this number with a nasty tone and attitude asking for someone not at this number

Some guy calls me from this number asking about my sister, so I ask what is the reason for this call. He got very rude with me. I think these people need to handle there business in a professional matter.

Why are you acting like to these people?  You don't know their stories.  I have this same number calling me, but to find it out they were calling me in error.  So please watch what you say cause it will come back and might bite you.

I also have started receiving calls from this number from several different people.  They are calling on my work phone and cell phone (which I never give out).  On a couple of the calls they state they are returning MY call which is totally untrue.  Cry Me A River is incorrect in one aspect - I DO pay my bills - so I have no idea what these people want.  From his rude tone I bet he works for them.

Received an automated call from this number.  The recording gave the name Sandy Jenkins and said it was important she hear from me today.  When they do not give a reason or company name for the call, I do not call these numbers back.

This is a new one. Received a voice mail from "Mr. Porter" stating that I was used as a reference when my Mom, of all people, applied for a job. This was weird knowing my Mom is not looking for work and has not been in some time. He told me to give her the number and have her call back. Can they even do this???

Someone calling himself Jim White saying I have one hour to call back in a very threatening way. Doesn't say who he is or where he's from. Won't get any callback from me talking like that!!!!!!

Had a message left from a "Monica Rodriguez" who left this number as a callback.  Thing is, this was on my work phone.  According to the time stamp on the voicemail, the message was left at almost 8 p.m. last night.  And in the message, she said, "You have exactly ONE.  HOUR. To call me back regarding an important personal business matter."  Needless to say, I didn't call.  And I won't.  Not as long as someone is threatening me.  I never answer numbers I don't recognize immediately, anyway.  If it's important, they'll leave a message, and I can get back to THEM.  If it isn't, like this isn't?  Forget it.

A man named Shane called me stating I must call him back today b/c it was obvious I was trying to break my contract with them, but never said who "them" was.  When I called the number back it said it was the Arm Company-never heard of them.  "Shane" was VERY threatening sounding on the phone and was very creepy!!!

I GOT 2 PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER TELLING I HAVE TO PAY THEM MONIES FOR A LOAN I TOOK OUT WITH THEM.. BUT 2 WEEKS AGO I PAIS THE RIGHT COMPANY THE AMOUNT I OWED, AND TOLD THE RUDE CALLER FROM THIS NUMBER THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLEARED, HE PROCEED TO TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD CALL MY PAYROLL DEPT TO REPORT ME AND TO TRY TO HAVE MY SALARY WAGED AGAINST ME, THAT PISSED ME OFF I SAID TO HIM DO YOU KNO WHOW MUCH I WORK FOR MY MONEY AND YOU'LL TRYING TO  TELL ME THAT YOU WILL TAKE MY CHECK IF I DON'T VOLUTEERINGLY SEND THEM THE AMOUNT THAT THEY WERE ASKING FOR, SO I CALLED THE CORRECT COMPANY AND TALKED TO THE OFFICER THAT WAS IN CHARGE OF MY CASE, AND HE "BLEW UP" BASICALLY TELLING TO INGORE THE PHONE CALLS, BECASUE MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL WITH HIM AND I HAVE THE PAPERWORK.  THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY IS SCREWING WITH PEOPLE LIVES AND THEIR MONEY.

I'm confused..Are you guys adults?? Because you sound like a bunch of wwhining b did not babies to me...Boo Hoo I did not pay my bills and these people are leaving mean messages on my machine...Grow the hell up..If you pay your bills then they don't call....But you like to steal money and then cry on sights like this when they want their money back....Stupid idiots...

I gets calls several times a day from this #, this was helpful information, this has happened to me before & did scare me into giving 500 then I found out it was a scam, I report every one of the them to FTC, they told me they are in voilation of Fair Trade Debt act.

This is not people that really work for this company.  I have investigators and they are telling me to not answer these calls they are routed through to the states from a 3 world country.  Many investigators are going after them.  Do not pay them any money.  If you have a bill that they say you have, call the place the bill is from not the collection bearu to make sure the bill is where they say it is.  Work with them to pay the bill, but what ever you do do not give these crooks any money.

It will do no good to send them any mail as according to my investigator they are from a 3 world country wiring the calls to look like they are calling from the states.  My investigator is after them and told me I will be getting many different calls until they can stop them or they stop on their own.  I know that it can be very embarrassing when they continue to call the main office of your job to leave messages but believe me they will get caught.  I can am told that many investigators are working together to stop these phone calls.

I received a call from Ms Clark who stated that I owe a loan for Paycheck today, Of course they cant provide documentation and they are calling me from a 8669408797 number and then leave a message with the 877 number from ARM. please Im not calling back and unless you send me documentation talk to my voicemail.

I got a call from a Michelle Cuartero, she was very nive in telling me that i had a outstanding payday loan from a place called Beacon payday loan. I have never heard of these people in my life. she gave me a case number and everything. I almost believed her until I looked up this number. she said the debtg was for $556. whatever. I'm not paying them anything and I am not giving them any information. But what scares me the most is, these people have my personal information.

I got a message at home to call Ms. Henderson at this number.  When I called I was told she wasn't available but Ms. Summars could help me.  I told her I was returning a call on my cell phone and I was
at work and didn't have time to talk to her.  About 30 minutes later I got a call at my work number from Mr. Porter.  He told me to call him back at his direct number.  These 2 people even told me, before I hung up that I owed 2 different amounts of money.  I don't think I owe them anything but what are they trying to do?  Do they want to intimidate people into paying them 2 or 3 times?  Is this some sort of scam or what?
