Well they just started with me today and 3 calls in one hour already!!  This is a debt collector that purchases OLD accounts that are not legally collectable any more (way past the time they have to collect)  Send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail and they will stop.  Example:

no message.  calls every morning.  if they are related to wells fargo, will consider using another bank.  I do not have anything outstanding to collect on.

Oh and next time they call get your account number and the fax number..use these on the cease and desist letter along with the original account information

Collection agency.. Wells Fargo attempt to collect their overdraft fees that are fraudulently attached to cards and accounts after a cancel of their service..
Wells Fargo manipulated dates of debts and deposited to cause overdraft fees..they have been found out on this and yet the regulatory agencies have done nothing about it..
They will harass you for month's and then sell the dept to a collection agency..
you can easily stop them by siting the fare debt protections act and send them a cease and desist letter..
you can also legally FAX them the cease and desist letter...I have done this and it worked...

Received a call from 320-534-4383, stating not a sales call, but a debt collector, couldn't make out the name something Christopher and associates, gave an 800 to call.

Get a call from this number on both our phone numbers almost daily.  Rarely answer it.  But when we do, an automated voice says this is not a sales call.  We have an important message (or something like that).  Hold on.  My wife held on for a while and then the call got disconnected from the other end.  This number should be blocked.
