they asked for me by name, and when I said yes, they hung up lor lost my connection or something.  Thanks for the posts before me--it's why you've GOT to google numbers that call you and you don't know anything about!  Their calls to me are frequent as well.  And that they know me by name really ticks me off!  Gonna give them heck if I ever get a live person on their line again!

O.K. Just as I was looking them up on the computer, they called. Asked for my husband. I told them to stop calling, and I know now it is for some homeless veteran organization.  They are sneaky, and I wonder if they are legitimate or somebody trying to stick some bucks in their pocket at our expense. Anyway, if they are legit, it seems they would leave a message on an answering machine. It was a lady on the phone and she sure didn't want to talk to me... she wanted to talk to my husband. MAYBE they will NOW stop calling, but I doubt it.

We get calls every day from Avalon... sometimes later in the evening, but it goes on all day. If they are a charity, I don't think you can stop them from calling by being on the "Do Not Call List". I am on that list, but they still keep calling. It's sad that no one answers ... I want to tell them to "knock it off".

Avalon calls my house at least once a day, to which no one is on the other end. When I call the number it says it is a non working number.... Please someone make the madnes STOP!!!!!

these guys are calling my home phone more than bill collectors, as much as 8-10 times a day, starting at about 830am.

My Panasonic cordless phone allows me to blocks calls from numbers like these that call over and over. If your phone records the list of callers, check under save (sounds wrong, but stay with me here.) If it gives you the option to block calls, do that, then save the number. When that number calls again, it rings once but only once. So now I don't pick up the phone or see who is calling unless I hear it ring at least twice. I hope that this will discourage these callers when it blocks them from calling.

I called it back and it said it wasn't a valid #. How is that. They can call me but I can't call them to see who the heck they are.

received a call from 3212136016 this morning and no one answered so I called back and got a voice mail message stating that no one was available at this time. My number is on the do not call list as well. I left a message stating that I would appreciate if they would say something when people answer the phone.

AVALON calls my house at least 7-10 times A DAY. When I pick up, no one is there. I am becoming extremely angry, because I cannot find a way to make the number quit calling. I just called the 309-853-2377 number, and a lady said that she would put me on their no call number, but she did not know who AVALON was, and they may still call.

3 call already this Saturday morning and no one on the other end to tell to STOP CALLING!!!
