I received a call from Robert Richmond also stating If i didn't call him back I better get a good lawyer. I talked to him once before and asked him what company was trying to sue me and he never told me the company name. I think it is a fraud and he keeps calling me but I am not calling him back. I guess I will have to file a complaint on him also. He said the number was to his desk and I am finding out it is just a cell phone number.

This so call Richard Richmond called me on my job and home as well harassing me about the same foolishness. Talking about I was trying not to pay back a $300 loan that I had applied for with F.B.I. Marketing LLC. I knew he was scamming, b/c of what he was saying. I know whom I applied loans with you dum retard. Who do you think you fooling. But it is scary to know that he has all my infor, but he will be so disappointed and in for a treat if he would try to use my infor to apply for anything, due to my horrible credit. He has also called my two reference that I used to apply for a payday loan. He is funny to me. So I have reversed the curse and called him from an unknown number for the money that he owes me. I promise him that I will call him for the rest of his life and so will some of my friends. He won't even answer the phone now LMAO. I hope this will be a lesson learned for me and for him. I will not be giving out my infor over the internet anymore. or is it to late.... Ooooh well, I hope Mr Richmond will have a good life. "He that sinneth shall surely die"

he says he's 'officer steven beck' with a strong accent, working for the crime/fraud division, and it's urgent for you or your attorney to call him back, and that all he can do is wish you good luck

I rec'd a call from a Officer David Jackson. When I called this number back a Officer Richard Johnson answered and said he was the other officer's supervisor. After alot of questioning, he wanted my phone number....I said you must have it, you called and left a message on it, he wanted to know my last name and I, again said, if you need me for questioning you should already have that info. He hung up at that point. Creepy.

I just received a voice message from a Officer Richard Richmond with a heavy Indian Accent. He also threatened to have me arrested and he called my work telling a co-worker I was going to be arrested. I figured this was a debt collector what can we do about this any suggestions?

I had a voicemail on my cell phone from "Officer Tom Scott", he said, in order to avoid further legal action, I needed to call him back today. His last words were "wish you a very good luck"? He had a strong East Indian accent. I filed complaints with the Oklahoma AG's office and the FTC. I also sent a text back to 3212163820 and told them I had filed complaints with the OK AG and the FTC, I know they are trying to scam me and asked them not to contact me again. This should take care of the problem.

I'm a secretary and this is the 2nd call asking for an "employee". Officer "Mike Scott" with the Financial Crime Investigation. I asked for his supervisor - Officer Jeff Anderson. I asked for a return number - 321-216-3820. When I asked for the country, city, state the line went dead. They try to be very intimidating, but with the background noise you can tell this is a crap call. If I receive a call like this again I will give them the local police number to reach the "employee".

The same thing happend to us this morning. We went to our local police and filed a complaint. It's being investigated by people who deal with fraud. What would be one thing we all have in common for these scam artists to find our personal info? ex: online loans or working for the same companies.....saddlebrook. If any further info please let me know. If you havent filed a report it would be helpful to do so to get these people caught.

I get a call about twice a month from this group of morons, and I really doubt they are in Florida. I think the last few calls have definately been from cell phones. I thoroughly enjoyed the heavy Indian accent, and sounds of traffic in the background. Very convincing.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and using bought/hacked loan application data to extort money for fictitious crimes or extort personal info.

I received a voicemail on my cell phone stating his name is Officer David Jackson an investigator from the United States Investigation Network, first of all this man, for lack of a better word, "CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH"! He further states I am under investigation and it is very serious! He then goes on to say that it is very important that I return his call and gives the call back number and states "Until then, good luck!" I blocked my number and returned the call only to receive an automated recording asking me to leave a message with my number! This scam artist needs a little more practice..Do Not Fall For This!

Total scam. Screw with them if you have some time. It's quite entertaining. Maybe they should think twice about calling a law firm with these calls. We pass the call around so each of us can mess with him. If you make fun of his accent, he get's very angry - says he will call "every day until we die." If this is a debt collector as some are claiming, I would really like to find the true company or the true source of whichever debt it is - they are in serious violation of a host of debt collection and harassment laws.
