Got a call from an Officer Michael Stevens stating an important federal matter but would not give out any other information.

I received the same phone call from a "officer michael stevens" threating to arrest me if I did not pay them money I owed. They said that I took out some payday loan and they had all my information. He hung up on me when i told me that i wasnt going to pay him a dime. I then called the police and reported him and this number!

I received the same phone call. what did others do? Caller says he's David Brown and to send the money by Western Union.

I received a call from Officer Michael Stevens about a payday loan that I had years ago and he threatened to take me to court and fines of up to $2.600. but if I payed $650 I would be ok, then he dropped it to $450. I almost did it until I tried to look for the paper work in my e-mail and called the company I told them that I had received the calls, and who it was from and what they said.  They reported it to there fraud department. The number was 321-248-4100 then I asked him for the number to the Payday loan company he gave me this number 253-205-8242 totally a scam.  He had an Indian voice.

I received a phone call from this number. The guy told me that his name was officer Stevens and that I had taken a payday loan online and if I didn't pay him a bunch of money that I would be arrested! Total scam! I called the police and they are investigating him and this number!

Ok...i called these guys back.  This is a total scam.   DO NOT GIVE IN.  They threaten violence and arrest.  They also stated that they are federal officers.  If they seriously wanted me...they would already have me.  Either ignore their calls...or keep reporting that number.

I called this # back after they left a threatening message. 1)they didnt know who I was. The minute I referenced the info of NOTGUILTY's post they shut up. 2)They hung up on me.

Have received 3 calls and they have asked for people we knew wanting phone numbers and personnal information about that person...very rude but I have asked several questions...once I must have gotten to them because they hung up..Joe Kingman...this last time gave me his phone number 321-248-4100 and said it had to do with federal charges against this person...

Received a call from Investigator Joe Kingman stating that I owe $4000 from a past payday loan and that I would be arrested.  I contacted Langhorne Debt Solutions who informed me that they are fraudulent and travel from state to state using old info from payday loan companies.

got a call from these guys saying they were an officer and to call back at their division concerning a legal matter. SMELLS LIKE SCAM TO ME!!

called saying that they were from a collection agency will not release name of company that that they are calling from. they are very rude. has anyone else received a call from this number demanding money?
