I keep getting called from this #. I never answer it. They left a vm saying that I will be served papers and need to have my atty call them back asap. Its all bs....

I received a call from this number 619-414-1175 giving me a case # and asked for my phone number and they said I would lose my job and I owed 845.32 and they knew where I worked and stated that I was being sued by federal legislation of consumer affairs and bus leg and that I had to pay the balance by Christmas. They also asked my attorney name and stated they had legal papers and were reading it off to me and I stated I didnt receive anything from them and they wouldnt email me the paperwork they would resend it and then they disconnected the call

Got a call from this 619-414-1175 # early this morning. I did try to get a loan over the internet and now my number has gone viral with these 'sharks'. They can't even speak proper English. Yes this is a cyber crime like a whole lot of other scams.

I just got a call from the same Indian guy about a lawsuit in California and I almost fell for it especially since he recited my SSN right to me.  Thank goodness for this site that let me know it was bogus and I too just last week got a payday loan so besides screwing us with outrageous interest they are selling our confidential information.  He called my cell number first then called me AT WORK and none of my creditors know my work number.  I was advised to call Scott Nicholsan as well...bunch of criminals I hope someone shuts this down soon.

While investigating an extortion threat from this phone number, we came in contact with Scott Nichols, an Indian male demanding $5,000 from one of our residents or else she would go to jail. On call back, spoke with Scott Nichols, an Indian male, who refused to answer any questions, and hung up when asked to put a supervisor on the line. He then blocked any calls coming from our phone number. We are contacting the Missouri Attorney General's office for further investigation. Anyone receiving a phone call from this number is strongly advised not to pay any money, and should contact their local law enforcement.

Well, I got hit by THIS # today.  An Arab sounding man (with tons of background noise) stating that if I ignored this call, or my attorney ignored this call, that all he could do is "wish me luck".  ahahahahahahahahahahahahha

Do these idiots REALLY think we are all that stupid???  People...JUST in Case you don't know, if these completely bogus places (where you just know that there is a bunch of men sitting around a bunch of phones are making these BS calls) YOU CAN BLOCK these #'s from your cell phone, or even your home phone.  Call your carriers.  I don't know how, or what I have done to get on these BS call lists, but I'm fed up with it already.  I did get excited about being paid for surveys, and I think this is where this is coming from.  Don't do it.  I learned the hard way.

Also got a call from this number. Stated that 3 lawsuits had been filed against my social security number. Said to call attorney Scott Nichols at the same number he called me from. Asked if I had an attorney. I am a paralegal and my brother is an attorney, of course I have one. Asked him if he wanted the law firm information. I guess after this he decided not to continue trying and hung up. After I found this, I realized why. Please make sure you don't give these people anything or any personal information. Definitely a scam.

I got the same call, and when I told them the call was being recorded and asked for they're name, they repeated that they were me, damn crooks, does anyone know how or where I can file a report against these a***oles!!?  This has to be some type of cyber crime!!

Paul someone just called me and told me that he needed to hear from me or my attorney immediately.  Don't believe him.  First of all they don't give an 800 number to return.  You can hear the other heavy accented people in the background.  Then to end the call he informed me that he doesn't hear from me or my retained attorney he will have no control over what will unfold on me.

First of all, legit collection companies will not threaten you with jail time.  They will not harass you and talk down to you.  They certainly will not use fowl language with you.  And they will know more precise words than "legal stuff" when referring to the reason they are calling.

It seems that they start up all around the same time looking at the posts from other people.  Every couple of months they unroll the rock from their cave in the his of Afghanistan and are allowed to play with the phone.

My advice is to just let the calls go to voice mail and have a laugh at the message.

I got a call this morning from a 6194141175 #, from some indian man telling me I'm being sued, I asked for what, he just kept telling me to take down the case # and a phone #, I told him who the F sues someone, sends their "para-legal" to call but cant give any info, he insisted on me writing down a case #, I said, your asking me to write down a case #, and your Indian calling me from a 619 #, you must think Im a fool, I told him to F himself and Hung up.....Now Im reading everyone elses complaint, and I realized I did try to get the Money loan, and ever since then I been getting strange calls...Damn Indians!

Caller says he is Steven Jones and that he works for a law firm. He knows all about a lawsuit I am currently involved in, but lawsuits are a matter of public record. He was very rude and talked in muffled tones. Please beware of scam artists like this one. Glad I found this blog here. As for you Steven Jones ior whoever you are. F*** YOU!!!!

A rep calls me from  a phony law company instructing me to call this man who claims to be an attorney representing payday loans.He Informs me that there is a suit pending and that I owe him 697.00 He will try to sound convincing,by naming your bank and asking for paperwork from your attorney.Its all B***S***!!

It's defenatly a Pay Day Loan website, using your information. And he is of a different decent. TOTAL SCAM. I believe he is using a SIP account for the phone number. so when you call back with threats, he blocks your calls. They can tell who is calling back and your number. So *67 (block) if you want to call back.

I got a phone call from this guy also!!  I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and to NEVER call me at work again.  He was so rude and unprofessional.  He said he would call my boss and "tell you on them what you are doing behind".  I am so mad!!! He then hung up!! Thank you for all the information.  I will file a complaint with the ftc right away!!
