Called me and I accidentally answered.  Said they were West Asset Mgmt.  Area code 321 is not in Orlando.  It is Brevard county.  I hung up immediately.  Then blocked them..

Paradise Getaways is a TOTAL SCAM, we called before travelling to Orlando and Calypso Cay Resort says they have no record of our reservations and that we need to take it up with Paradise Getaways who are out of business according to FL Attorney General

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE.  ALSO, HOW DO WE GO ABOUT A LAWSUIT.  THERE SHOULD BE LAWS AGAINST THIS.

Have any of you tried using a call block on these morons?  My cell provider doesn't have call blocking as one of their features (most do), so I downloaded one and it works like a charm.  I can either send their calls to voice mail, or the phone hangs up on them as soon as they connect.  Personally, I like the hang up on them.  They are over before they even start.

You are evidently a employee of the company writing what you did.  My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa turned out to be a room with 2 queen beds in the holiday inn express.  Which by the way is charging my an additional $51 on top of my $349 that I originally paid.   Take it from someone who's been here,  leave them the heck alone.  These people are a ripoff and a half.

Repeat calls with no response when I answer. Spoke to a rude, moron at the sales dept. of Paradise Getaways when I called back. Told him I was reporting them to BBB and Attorney General-- his reply was a ghostly noise and..."I'm really scared"!

I'm assuming it's about my timeshare - I'm ready to sell the damn thing just so I don't get 20 calls every day asking if I want to sell it!

If they continue to call after placing phone number on do not call list, it is your right to sue them. I received another call today from them, all numbers are on the do not call list, and have told them prior to take my number off their list. Today I told them if they call again I will sue them. Wife grew up a few minutes north of their office... won't be a problem for us to drop by and serve them with a law suit. :)

Well, against my better judgment, I succumbed to sweet Donna and gave her my credit card #.  Received a very official-looking letter explaining all the wonderful things our "Getaway" for #249 included.  When we were in FL in February, we took a look at Calypso Cay--nice place but no one knew anything about our "Getaway."  When we tried t contact Paradise Getaways, we found out the address was just a post office box--ha, ha--jokes on us!  Now when we tried to call the infamous phone # to book our paid-for "Getaway"--guess what--no response.  Good old Donna doesn't call back or even answer the calls anymore.  I'm so ashamed of myself:-(

321-248-6279  - Just got a piece of an irate person's mind.. 3 times calling my private # .. that we all pay for.. I called and got through .. I received -if you press #1,2,3, 4 bit.. and #4 happened to be the guy in charge supposedly.. I chewed his ear off.. till he hung up..

I told him if he calls again or someone from their office.. I shall start contacting people.. including my attorneys..

just got a call at 12:03am, fking obnoxious

Call was from Suntrust Bank and they had detected fradulent activity on my ATM card and deactivated it.  Instructed me to press 1 to reactivate my card." I don't use this bank".

I googled  and called the number and found it belonged to Paradise Getaways and Calypso Cay which appears to be a legit company in Kissimmee Florida.

Something is going on, who do I report this to, anyone know?

I got a call this morning. I answered & was told by an automated voice that my account had been cancelled because it was accessed by a third party and I should enter my 16 digit card number to reactivate it. I called back the number and after trying several extensions, got the same message that they were assisisting a client and I should leave a message and someone would call me back in 10-15 minutes. I didn't.I am very concerned about identity theft.

I also got the automated SunTrust call and have never had an account with them. It appears they are trying to obtain bank account #'s.

We received a call from this number on our home number and my husbands cell number. Automation stated they were from Suntrust (we do not bank there) and that he needed to enter his account # to reactivate. This is a scam!! They have called 3 times so far. I am going to report them.

I Got A Phone Call From This Number (3212486279) And It Said I Had Won A Trip 2 Florida For 6 Nights For $99. And Before I Hung Up The Phone A Man Told Me To Check Out Their Website Paradise Getaways. I Hung Up The Phone Then They Called Back And Left The Same Message On My Voicemail.

They're calling me, too - but that's because I ALMOST went on a "free cruise" with them 2 years ago - I cancelled when they wouldn't put something called "port fees" (that I would have to pay) in writing.  Took me a little longer than I care to admit, but.... SCAM :-/

ditto here.  automated message asking for my 16 digit card # and 3 additional pieces of info to reactivate my card.  Do I have stupid written on my forehead or something?  I don't give out any personal information over the phone...ESPECIALLY not my credit card numbers.

Rec'd a call from them today wanting to verify my address.  Since I no longer live at the address they have d/t stalking, and now have a PO box in a city in which I don't live, I gave them the PO box.  The guy then said he wanted to "stay in touch w/ me," and was "interested in me."  Sounds like a stalker to me.  I'd say their # has been somehow made available via computer for illegitimate calls.

this number keeps calling

I just received a call from 321-428-6279.  The telemarketer was Barbara Tower who was selling timeshares at Calypso Cays in Florida for Paradise Getaways.  She said if I wanted more information, I could call her at 1-866-495-0632, Ext. 105, or I could call her personally at Ext. 309.  I'm hoping I will not be receiving a ton of calls from them now like others have.  Thank goodness I read all these complaints.   I certainly will not get involved with this company, even though it might be ligitimate.

I get 2-6 calls a day from this number.  Most of them are hang up calls.  When I call back to request to be removed from the calling list they either hang up on me or tell me they will remove me from the list but I still get calls. I have reported them to several different agencies so hopefully they will stop soon!!!!

Calls and no one answers. Have never tried calling back. Never kept up with how many times. Now know the number and will not answer.

I got a call from Paradise Getaways about a 5/4 night stay in Orlando and I accepted the offer and I have had nothing but great customer service.  They emailed me my information as they said they would and I have just got back from traveling and it was the most awesome experience that I have had since I have owned timeshare.  Thanks to Paradise Getaways.  I would do business with them any time.  Its there job to call you..

This company has called me several times and operates under Paradise Getaways, Orlando Vacations and Travel, and Sunshine Time Shares.  This is a scam to buy a vaction deal to Orlando or sell/rent your points to someone.  They ask for credit card information to get the deal or list the timeshare you want to rent/sell.  They will ask you for checking account information if you say you don't have a credit card.  Do not fall for these scams!!  I reported them to the do not call registry and the Florida Attorney General.  I urge everyone else to do the same!

Its not THEIR job to call you.  Its against the law and in violation of the do not call registry.  They can not call registered phone numbers to solicit business.....get your facts straight and stop trying to plug the company you probably work for....

We have repeatly told this number to NOT call us. However, it seems they to not understand. Today, May 5, 2011, we recieved 3calls from them. I recently added my cell number to the DO NOT CALL list, but this doesn't seem to have helped especially with Orlando Vacations.
