Received 2 calls in past 2 weeks.  Second call told them not to call here again.  Number is coming from Texas.

I've gotten a call from this number two days in a row, but I don't have my cell with me during the day.  No message left on my voice mail.  I don't intend on answering it either.

My wife answered a call from this number and they asked for me by my first name. They would not give her any information when she asked what the call was about.

Does anyone else think it's interesting that many of us receiving calls from this FIA Card Services/MBNA are BOA customers?  I received a call from this number today with FIA Card Services coming up on our caller ID.  We have been victims of identity theft/credit card misuse FOUR times in the past year.  I'm wondering now if being a BOA customer has anything to do with this - could this company have someone "on the inside" at BOA providing customer information?

Have received calls for the last 3 days from this number. Called ID shows FIA Card Svcs. No intention of answering, no message left

Got a phone call from thes people tonight myself.  After that phone call I will be filing a police report.  Thanks for heads up.  So thankful I didnt give out any info.  Maybe if these people tried to find a job as hard as they try to scam people, they wouldnt need to be low down garbage thieves.

I got a call today from 469-201-6025, no message left. Did the same as most of you did, and am very glad I did!I will not be answering THAT call if they call back!!!

Received a call from Sandra Blair claiming to be from BOA asking for my wife.  I have warned her of not making marketing calls after 845pm. I asked for a return call number and her BOA Employee ID..and branck office location, she cannot give any info.  I hang up

Just received a call from someone claiming to be from Bank of America. Even though I didn't give him any pertinent information, once we hung up I realized that our brief conversation produced a "yes" answer from me. This made me uneasy and upon researching the phone number came across all these other individuals concerned with the 469-201-6025. The other 2 numbers listed by Anthony K in Sept-08 have also showed up on my caller ID from time to time. They are 216-545-8328 & 834-234-7657. I further called BOA and gave them all 3 numbers, which they will turn over to their investigating unit. The BOA representative assured me that because of regulations, they only make offers via US MAIL, never by phone or the internet.

HI got a call from them tonight and caller ID said "MBNA" and this number.  How annoying.  Didn't answer it and giong to block off their number on my call screen service.  Thanks for putting this info about identity theft on here for all of us.  Bless you.  :)  not going to answer them now ever.  Don't know how they got this number.

I got a call from this number last week and didn't know who it was. They called me again today. I didn't answer and they never leave voicemails. How do they get your number?

Identity theft operation out of Texas. These are phone spammers that will ignore all do-not-call lists. The sweat shop is run out of Texas it seems and they are very persistent. They will also use these numbers in case you care to block them:

Be aware that these peoplehave been linked to identity theft and do not ever give them any information, even just to confirm. We had them identify themselves as part of Bank of America, which was a blatant lie as a follow-up with Bank of America revealed. They also will use aliases in the form of the long defunct MBNA or FIA credit card service.

Got a call from this number right after lunch today.  Name on callerid was TEXAS.  Didn't answer.  Left no message.  Any idea who it is?

I just received a call from them, 5 minutes ago and did a reverse phone number look up that came up as FIA Card Services.  Then I googled "FIA Card Services" and found this site.  I don't ever answer numbers that I don't recognize and if the person doesn't leave a message, then to me it's not that important!  I am a victim of identity theft from 5 years ago and am curious to know how they found my number; especially since it's a cell# and on the DNC list.  Bank of America needs to stop this fraud act for the ones who are portraying to be a part of them.

Calls my number every day at the same time - claiming to lower interest rates but this is a scam. Would love to block somehow.

WE get 2 calls A DAY from various numbers.  all around the dinner hour.

Got a call from a "Credit Card Services" about lowering my rates.  Said they are from Bank of Amer.,  but I don't think they were, did not sound like BOA, and it was at 7:45 PM, If you know BOA they do not call.  It sounded like they were trying to sell something so I hung up.

I continue getting calls from this number.  I don't want credit cards nor do I have any that my interest rate needs to come down on.

Calling many times and at odd hours and not leaving message.  Don't know who they are, so I don't answer.  Am getting annoyed.

I've been receiving calls from 469-201-6025 for at least a few days. Bo message is ever left.  The last call was a few minutes ago so I webcrawlered the number and found this website. I don't have caller i.d. yet, so I monitor my calls and do alot of *69s.  I have a BofA credit card so based on this website information it's likely related to the card. I'll be contacting my BofA portfolio managers about these calls.

pm from the same number and i am also a b of a card holder. call was from 469-201-6025 and i am also on the do not call list.
