There is a BBB report for http://www.bbb.org/central-northern-western-a ... -az-1000023235/ it has a F rating and shows the BBB isn't sure it's a real business. Their address shows up as an UPS Store isn't that special? Then there's their http://www.linkedin.com/company/creditors-recovery-group-llc showing Fl address and number

They are a scam and let them know that yur gnna report them to the bbb and maybe they will stop. Because yes they are so rude and unprofessional! If they are a so called real company. They have no customer service skills, they need to learn that and maybe someone will take them serious.

Got a call from this number 321*274-9864. Name on my called ID states Marguardt H. However after reading the previous post,which has the information of 321-274-9864, Country: USA, Location: Florida (Melbourne, Orlando, Palm Bay), I also believe the post stating that these  these scammers/telemarketers/debt collectors are reading our complaints.

The name listed above may not be real, but in any case, I am tried of these people calling me too.

If you can find out the company name and physical address, you can fire off a cease and desist communications letter, certified mail/return receipt (so they can't say they didn't receive it).  Let them know that you will seek legal counsel if they continue to harass you in spite of the fact the alleged debtor is not you, nor are they calling her number.   Also check with Google Earth to make sure the address you get is actually real - many scammers will give an address but on further inspection, it turns out to be a PO Box or UPS store.

Record any and all calls they make to you - depending on the state you live in, you may have to notify them of this.  Keep a log of dates and times they call.  There are consumer lawyers who will take cases on contingency - if you don't win, you don't pay the lawyer.  However, you must have evidence of the calls - recordings, dates and times, as well as the certified mail return receipt showing you've notified them in writing to stop.

Unfortunately, if you cannot get a physical address, you may just have to block their number(s).  Please also do report them to the FTC, FCC and your state's Attorney General.

This number has called me so many times asking for some female I've never met or heard of! Representing themselves in voice mail as "consumer recovery group" I keep telling them I'm not her and they have the wrong number and they hang up or tell me the # has been removed and then call me back later! The voice mails say something about fraudulent checks attached to this woman's SSN. I called today yo ask to a supervisor. I got hung up on, called back and asked again and told this "supervisor" that the company has been calling the wrong number, she began yelling at me and told me I was a liar. I told her she wasn't going to talk to me like that and she said "don't interrupt me can't you hear me talkin!? And I just did what are you gonna do about it!?" I asked for her name and she said "it don't matter what my damn name is!!!" She then hung up on me. I called back and when I asked if the company answering was CRG they refused to answer me, refused to tell me who I was talking to, refused to tell me the managers name, refused to connect me with her and told me "this ain't no questions game" and hung up. I'm not sure what to do.

i GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER FROM A LADY NAMED ALEXIS MILLER.  SHE SAID I HAD A COURT SUMMONS FOR FRAUD OF A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT WAS BACK IN 2005. I DID NOT LIVE HERE IN FLORIDA IN 2005 AND I DIDNT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THAT BANK THAT I CAN REMEMBER.  I CHECKED THE COURT RECORDS HERE AND WHERE I AM FROM, THE DOCKET NUMBER THAT THEY GAVE DOESN'T EVEN EXSIST.  THERE IS NO COURT CASE FOR ME.  THIS IS A SCAM!

i got his call this morning.But I'm getting this feeling that these scammers are reading our complaints about  how they may change their approach.  Anyway, getting really tired of these a***s calling me and waking me up.  Furthermore, I don't have business in Florida when I live 3000 miles from there.

I got the call on my cell phone and that number isn't suppose to out to the public, however, I didn't call them back and I'm glad. Now I'm going to file a report on them and then place their number on the DO NOT CALL list.

These people keep calling me too. I've only spoken to them once and that was more than enough. Threatened me with bank fraud charges. I filed a complaint with the AG and had my lawyer send them a letter. Of course, I'm not sure if I have a legitimate address as they wouldn't tell me where they were located. Called again today and left a message. pond scum!!

My Sisiter got a call saying she was my next of kin and that there was a citation out for me.  I called back and got a man who "dropped" the call then called me back.  I gave him the "ref number" and he knew my name and the last 4 of my SSN.  He called me back from 801 871 4500.  He said I had to appear in court for a deliquent bill with a credit union I have never used.  When I said I didn't have any dealings with that bank he said oh is this so and so giving a different first name.  When I said no that is not my first name he said sorry for the confusion and hung up.  This is a scam
