Do NOT call me again!

Today, at 12:59 I receive call from a person who could hardly speaks English very hard to understand he stated he was a collection agency I think. Told him any further  commination must be in writing per federal and state guide lines it appears that this call had originated from a third world company

Rachel has been calling me for years and I have made numeroious complaints to the Do Not Call Registry...but the Governemnt always says they cannot race htese overseas calls ..too compolkex ..Hmmmm...news today is full of information of Government snoopping on all our phoine calls ...Hmmm...maybe they could use a small part of that effort to catch these scammers ?????

If you want to help 'get even' with these callers get yourself a police whistle and when they call and you press the required key to get a live person on the 'phone just start blowing the whistle into the phone - it 'surprises' the h*** out of them.  I have a whistle upstairs and one downstairs - when a number like this shows up on my caller ID I get ready!  It's a hoot!

The problem is the caller is knowingly engaging in illegal activity and doesn't care.  They frequently use spoofed Caller ID information that is not their real number and many operate from overseas call centers making locating them difficult and prosecuting even more difficult.  Since the Do Not Call list works only for honest businesses who remove numbers on it from their calling lists, that tells you all you need to know about most callers.  In addition, many types of annoying calls such as surveys, charities, political calls, debt collectors and business to business calls are not covered by the Do Not Call rules.

What good does it do to be on the National no-call list, when these calls just keep coming???  We get several calls a day like this.  Doesn't matter if we push the do-not-call number they mention.  They just keep calling.

Nasty nasty people -- "Rachel" from Card Services -- when I press 1 to talk to someone, and tell them to stop calling, some guy with a foreign accent starts swearing.

I've tried the press 3 to discontinue. Now I answer, tell them I owe $6700 on 2 cards, one is a Citibank card with high interest. Give them a fake birthday and other fake answers to their security questions. Then they ask for the card number. I don't have it on me so they wait for me to go get it. I set the phone down for a little bit then start hitting buttons and hang up while they call my name. They call back and I repeatedly say hello as if I cannot hear them then I hang up. They call back again using the 321-332-9999 number and leave a short message saying F_you Mr. Smith, F_You. I love it. I wasted 5 minutes of his time and kept him from calling someone who would fall for his tactics. I figure if I can't stop their calls, I'll keep wasting their time until they give up...or I decide to not answer.

Just received a call from a number associated with this one, they started asking me personal information and would not say the reason for the call. I didn't give them any information, at that point the lady started to get very rude with me. I TOLD HER UNTIL YOU TELL ME WHY YOUR CALLING i AM NOT TELLING YOU WHO I AM OR GIVING YOU MY ADDRESS OR LAST 4 OF MY SOCIAL. Apparently not a very professional company to speak that way. Must be bogus otherwise they would of been friendlier. she kept saying privacy laws well I have my own, Not saying nothing until u identify yourself, she refused and said they would just call back later so I hung up. If they do call back I won't be so friendly. I do plan on reporting them and contacting that lady's supervisor about her rudeness.

This is an interest rate scam. Non-chalantly find out what information they have and which of your credit cards they are calling in reference to. Do not verify anything with them and do not give them any additional information nor any verbal agreements. Than call your affected credit card companies and let them know that you have been a victim of identity theft and need to replace your existing account numbers. I also recommend adding a password to your accounts to ensure that no matter what personal information had been compromised, your accounts will be less likely affected in the future.

These people keep calling and calling and then when I tell them Stop harassing me this Bill guy said then Why did you press 1 in a smart mouth attitude.  I told him to take me off his list to call. Nasty words were exchanged about harrassing me now they keep calling and hanging up.

Next time just ask them "when was your last bowel movement was and what color was it?"  THEN HANG UP!

That 321 area code may be from the Orlando, FL area, but it ALSO is the ONLY area code in the whole country for satellite phones (SatCom), so he could be ANYWHERE!!!!  Literally anywhere!!!  And all it takes is ONE PSYCOPATH with an automatic assault weapon ONE TIME to go bursurk!

This person called us yesterday & threatened OBSCENE death threats for my hubby & everybody in the household!  He knew my hubby's name, address, AND phone number!  This nut is a TOTAL STRANGER to us!

WHY CAN'T THE FEDS CATCH THIS NUT???  CRAZY PSYCHOPATH!!!  The phone company either CAN'T OR WON'T BLOCK HIM FROM CALLING BACK, either!!!  We gave the police the phone number!  TACK HIM DOWN!!!!!

These people are crazy scammmers. They had my last four digits of at least 2 credit cards and knew amount and date of last payment. Now credit card company called someone called posing as me trying to get my password. Called them woman speaks Chinese.

I can tell you from personal experience dealing with clients who had the unfortunate experience of providing information to these callers: This phone number is not associated with any financial institution or any legitimate business, Marketing or otherwise.

Do not disclose any information of any kind. If you would like to report this caller, report them to your phone company and local fraud authorities.

no they aren't trying to get you to get another credit card, they are trying to get your current credit card information.  I got that much out of the guy before he caught on and started swearing at me.  He must have been really mad because after I hung up he called me back and let out a string of profanity. When you call this number back you do get the chinese answer over and over again.

The big problem is these calls cannot be blocked. If they knew the source these people would have been in jail long ago. They use calling cards and pay phones and the calls appear to come from all different cities where they are not valid numbers.

I called the FCC and they said to not answer the phone. Period. They've been calling me for 5 years now several times a day. Since I followed the FCC advice and have not answered the phone the calls have slowed down to one or two a week.

The phone company can block them and the police and ftc will handle the repeat offenses. I just filed complaints. If enough of us do it we can put them out of business.

CALL THE POLICE AND FILE WITH THE FTC.  Call your phone company. Take this seriously. The phone company can block them and the police and ftc will handle the violence. I just filed complaints. If enough of us do it we can put them out of business.

You can also call your local law enforcement if they make a physical threat to you.  They are a scam trying to get your personal information or bank account info. Do not tell them anything.  When I called back it was a foreign speaking person with no English skills.

These people called us and threatened us when we told them to go away. They kept calling us back over 20 times. They called us names and said they would come to our house with a baseball bat.  My phone company can block their number for us.  I am also going to make an FCC complaint.The strange thing is they called us in error - we have no idea who they are or how they got our business number.

Well, I got a call from this recording yesterday (again), so I dialed the number for the rep. and blew her ears out with a loud whistle. Immediately, the phone rings back and it is that same representative calling back in harassment asking "Mam did you take your pills today?" and then she hung up.  Now that is true harassment!!  Why can't they stop these people???

One of the persons conducting the call threatened to kill me and , my mother and sister when we started talking to him in Spanish, because english wasn't working. He called us "asreshole's" and "bi****s" and told us he'd "personally take us off the list". He also threatened to come to our house (and stated our address.  He called back three times after we hung up.  We have most of the call recorded.
