You should turn these people in. John and Coleen Youngvall have been scammers. John is a convicted felon with some pretty serious crimes.  Im sure the feds would love information about him. Look him up in North Carolina and Florida Dept of Corrections websites

I got a really strange voicemail, couldn't understand most of it but did get the cb number, it sounded threatening like they were going to send an investigator or something if I didn't respond. I called the number but didn't give my name or anything personal, the voice was the same as on the voicemail (unusual - you never get the same person calling because it's usually on rotation for incoming) and he said he is with the "financial crime enforcement agency".  I looked up the agency on the federal list and there is one. Anyway,I couldn't understand the name he was giving me, the caller gave me what sounded like three different last names, Jones, Scott and Johnson. I was very suspicious because all those names are American, caller had very heavy accent, he was asking me my what my name is; I said you called me you must know my name. Who are you calling? He also wanted my address, (I didn't give it). He said he already had my address and personal info. I said you called me, you verify. He didn't respond, except he said 52 agencies under one entity were investigating me, because, he said I had not been making payments on a loan. I said that I hadn't received any notifications of that. I have worked on this several hours until local law enforcement told me how to access this site. I put a fraud alert on through Equifax. BE AWARE. Be careful when you access what you believe to be a legitimate site, even this one. Take your time. No knee jerks. Happy (unscammed)  Holidays!

Get calls everyday,back 2 back...Say I was given a payday loan.but I never received anything.they are foreign,can hardly understand.They now have started giving out a part of my social security # to anuone who answers.i guess its there way of threatening??? I have reported them to www.ic3.gov and BBB...

they have started harrassing my 72 yr old neighbor, how do we put a stop to this?????

Officer James Scott threatening me all the time.  We just send the phone calls to voice mail from now on.  No case or cause number and refuses to send me anything in writing.

Scammers. Do not verify information, do not give in to them on any of their threats. Do not give them any money. they run multiple scams including

Claiming to be law firms
Claiming to be debt collectors
Claiming to be a loan lender
Claiming you are receiving a grant
Claiming they are Tech support and you have viruses on your computer
Claiming you are being sued for fraudulent activities and that they are government officials or police.

I actually know these people.  Colleen and John Youngvall.  Youngvall Home Improvements.  John Youngvall is a convited felon.  Threatened victims with deadly weapon and also his wife.  

They are both in this ogether.  Please do not believe it when they tell you they were unaware.  Look at John and Colleens facebook.  John makes believe that he was in the military and was a sniper was born on an Indian reservation.  NONE of that is true.  He is a SCAMMER!!!  He was never in the military, born in Colorado.

He is VIOLENT..Look up FL DOC and NC DOC. Was arrested in FL Seminole Co, FL, Duval Co. FL and Pinellas Co FL.  Was also arrested in NC.

Received the same call on cell and at work in regards to a payday loan that I have never done. It was from a Officer James Scott and he wanted me to pay him over the phone for the loan I never repayed. He threatend me with jail also.

This man with a very thick Indian accent is aggressive, harassing, and mean.  I would love for the Government to go after this fraudulent person or group.  He calls more than 5 times a day, within 10 mins, leaving cryptic messages, then the he "hangs up" but puts the phone on hold and it loops, calling my home several times until I had to hang up the phone.  I work nights and for some reason this man always calls at 930am waking me up.  I got so angry I yelled at him (which felt great), then he called my home and hung up several more times, so I turned the phone on so his calls wouldn't get through.  Now a 914 area code number is calling and hanging up.

I have a guy Sam Watson calling with the same story,that i owe sum money due to a payday loan of 377. i did report them to my loco FBI office. they gave a number to the fcc.

I just received a call from this number claiming I was in a lot of trouble for applying for loans and accepting money and then not paying them. He said that he was going to issue a warrant for my arrest in the morning because I hung up on him.  Who are these people really...? He claimed to be officer Austin Phillips with the Financial Crime Enforcement attached to the US Treasury.

notified the FBI of this matter - they hacked an employees loan information that she got from the internet and had everything, social, drivers license, etc etc - you can report these people to www.ic3.gov and then you will have to contact the Federal Trade Commission regarding identity theft  - these people pretended to be the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network saying an employee of mine owed money.

Funny thing is, they did the very same thing to a different employee of mine last summer, and said they were going to come to her place of employment and arrest her if she didn't pay up. I guess they dont take notes on who they speak to when they call to harass you for "payment". Creepers. i hope the government gets them good!

It was a security breach with a pay day loan company and I have notified my local Attorney General Office and I encourage you to do the same.

I have been getting calles from "Officer Jones." He told me that my one of my best friends used my SSN# to get a loan and he need to confrim I know her so that charges could be filed. I was beside myself. Looking back their were red flags everywhere. Strong accents, pronouncing names and names of States wrong, skirting my questions about him proving he was a Federal employee, one voicemail box for an entire "Federal Agency", the fact he was calling at 7 pm Eastern time, the guy that answered the "agency's" phone sounds like the guy you get transferred to, skirting my request to have my local law enforcement contact me about the matter... the list goes on. The real scary thing was he did not ask me for any of my personal info, but gently requested small things about people I love. I have been advised that they might use Facebook to see your friend list. I have my FB on block if you do not know me, but most people still allow their friend list to be seen, including myself. Needless to say I am irate and will be following up. Just so happens that the friend that supposedly stole my SSN is married to a cop, so we might go through some local channels file a report. I am mad. It's one thing to mess with my identity, but another to try and get me to throw my friends under the bus.

I just received a phone w/heavy middle accent which they called my job stating they are from financial crime enforcement and that im going to spend the rest of my life in bars and i will be fired from my job. they call all the time. i asked what payday loan and not able to tell me. so I hang up the phone. how in the world have they gotten my phone numbers? who can I call to have them stop calling me.

yes I get call from this number from people with far east accent. I cannot understand half of what they are saying. they called me for 6 mos last year. Now they have started again july 11, 2011.  So i googled the number and come up with a carrier and called them but they said  they did not carry  that number and gave me another carrier. I am writing them both so somebody had better come up with who owns this number or they are both going to get sued for harassent. They are true scammers that have been trained not to take NO for an answer but they are stupid because this not the way debts are collected in this USA. they could be calling from as far as Belgium, India etc. They either  steal or purchase this info to use for calling. I found out that one of the cariers  Excutive officers used to work for AOL--hummm maybe this is his  lists. I urge  all out there to be careful and don't give in to people who do not have a legal document to show you.

They have been calling a fellow employee w/similar threats everyone else has listed.  Claims his name is Jim Scott.  Foreign accent & hard to understand. Called one employee a F***ing B***h because she hung up on him & keep putting him on hold.  My boss said to just put him on hold & leave it.  Caller ID comes up as 0000.  He gave ph# 321-352-6498 as a call back #.  Kept asking for our supervisor # .  He called prev about 6 months before.  When the employee he has been asking for called back he said she owed money to a person for a lawsuit & wanted her to Mongram it to them.

I got a call from a guy saying his name was Officer Jones he left a message so i called the number back but i blocked my number. He asked me my name and I told him then he asked me who called i said i didnt know. I asked him didnt he have a computer that he could just look me up on he said he was at the front desk and the officers were on a tea break. It seemed pretty strange because he sounded just like the person that left the message thats when i hung up and googled the number to see if it was a scam. Oh yea when i called them back he just said Hello, hello no company name are anything and had a thick accent

I have the same problem, these people are harrassing, not only me, but people who know me.
Today I even got an E-mail from this supposed  crimes enforcement network.  However, there is no return e-mail or address.  These people are dangerous.  No Sam Watson I know or even heard of could not speak english.

Got the same call from Officer Jones this morning.  He has been very relentless the last few weeks.  Same middle eastern or Indian accent threatening arrest and jail time.  Says he will have me fired from my job.  Getting totally pissed now.

Same here, harrasing, threatening phone calls to my office. I'm the gate keeper, they can't get past me to the person they want to speak to so now I am getting threatened. They YELLED at me "Do you know you are speaking to a Federal Agent!?" It is illegal to impersonate an officer.

I took a call today from Sam Walton looking for an employee.  Funny thing I work for the large retailer founded by Mr Sam himself.  He could not even speak clearly enough for me to figure what he was saying at first.  I finally had him spell out the name of the employee that he was wanting to talk to.
I told him that they were not available to take a call and asked if he wanted to speak to a member of management.  He told me no this was regarding fraud against Walmart and he could only speak to the person that he was requesting.  I took down his number just so I could look it up and boy did I stumble on to something when I found this blog.  His english was terrible...I made him mad when I actully said to him that I apoligize, but I can not understand your english.  These people need to be handled.

I keep getting call from this number, they said that I took a loan out from a  pay day loan company, and said I never pay it back and they want 800.00 from me. Has anyone reported them, who did you report them to.

I have learned to anwser these weird numbers and say you must have he wrong number and just hang up . It is the best thing that has worked so far . Give it a try .
