Been getting t/c's from Energy Awareness Organization and the 321-355-0751, 321-961-6619 are just two of the numbers being used.  Just got off the phone with the state consumer agency who told me to file a written complaint on their web site.  She admitted receiving a lot of complaints about this organization BUT they are using disposable cell phones and cannot be traced.  My suggestion, file the complaint and also notify local news for assistance.
