I received a call from this number saying they were from a investigation company. Had a very thick accent & when i told him i couldnt understand him he said that was my problem. He then read to me my SSN, & wanted me to verify it. I told him I'm not going to verify nothing! I had a hard time understanding him & asked to speak w/some1 that speaks english. He transfered me to a woman that spoke a little better english. So i went along w/it & asked how do i take care of what they are saying I owe. She said that i had to fax them a letter saying i owe it & put my credit card info down w/a certain amount. She said i had to do it that day. Of course i didnt & they called back a few days later. i told them i'm not faxing them nothing i dont owe them nothing & not to call me anymore!!!

The same thing happened to me as monkey man. I could not understand the person at all. I must be some type of scam because I never got a loan from anyone.

This number called me as well claiming to be the Office of Investigations in NYC and knowing it was a fake, I decided to have some fun! I insulted them and told the heavy Indian accent guy he sounded like Osama bin Laden and I wanted to talk to someone white haha. Then I got the sucker to HAVE PHONE SEX WITH ME! it was the greatest and then he hung up after getting shy (14 mins later lol) so I called THEM back to mess with them more. Needless to say, they haven't called back since ;)

I just got the same calls he has the tone of voice as mention on the above comments stating he is an officer and stating that I owe them money from some loan USA something like I said I can't even understand him at all but I just hung up on him but he calls to my job next time I will have the HR department take of it.

u r right there r so many scams running all over US bt with this no. i got a call named off.washington i paid them $397 & after i paid in full i got the paid in full letter.................so be careful & talk to them ,dont be scared

did you really pay them?? If not just insult him enough and he will stop calling. He told me his name was Mr. Gibson. I said may I have your first name please, he said Mel. I was like really, your name is Mel Gilbson?? LoL he hung up on me!!

I got a call from  this number, the man said his name was mel gibson! really ? you're mel gibson. LoL I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor and he hung up on me!! What an idiot.

that he was from a lawyers office ( could not make out the name) and had a middle eastern accent and and was trying to collect a debt and that if I didnt return his phone call (was talking very fast and he also called my job and left the same voice message) threatening that he could get me fired if I didn't respond.

Got a call from this number saying they were a collection agency for a business called Fast Cash and my daughter owed them money and if she did not pay since they had my phone number they would be suing me for this. Had to have them repeat it several times as I could not understand the accent.

I have changed my number once because of these harassing calls, and it's a huge pain to do it again. But it's all some scam for who knows what. I've never been asked for money, they must get a kick out of messing with people. How do I make this stop?? Can't someone arrest these creeps?

This happened to me as well not too long ago, I had actually taken a loan out through a company I had used before so I was shocked to hear that I owed money still and was being sued.  After the first minute of shock of being told that it clicked that they only had my last 4 so I asked  some info, he couldn't tell me my social and kept trying to get me to say it, I asked them where they were and was told ny city and I don't know anyone there...when I got transferred to a so called supervisor my husband got on the line mad and pissed and was called names from the lady on the line and was told the police were coming to get us right then, so stupid! I reported it online to the FBI to where I was told to by our local police and when they called back again I told them that I had contacted an attorney and the FBI and they haven't called back since.

I have received the calls several times today and listened to the message on my voicemail.  The gentlemen also had an accent and there was a bad connection, very bad. Recently I was scammed from a website called pandorastoreusa.com.  They are a rip off and I never received my merchandise, but they have my money.  They only communicate via email with no number.  The person that I am communicating with name is Daisy Lee and they are based out of China.  The emails are grammatically incorrect.  I sent an email and stated that I would file charges and report their scam to the police.  Not soon after that the calls from an "investigator" started.  I do not know if they are related, but it seems that they are trying to scare me off if it is related to those individuals.

From these calls received, what happened after you stopped receiving the calls.  Did they continue or did you even receive anything in the mail.  This man is leaving several messages on my voicemail and he has personal information.
Please provide information to assist me.

I got a call at work today. Called them back from home. What a joke. Couldn't provide me any information. I asked for an address, and of course, New York City, NY. So I thought I'd have fun with them. Started singing, "New York" and thought I'd do a little Neil Diamond "America" lol. I got passed around to 3 different officers, and one, Officer Johnson, was rather funny. I decided to ask him about his "Johnson", and he offered me $5000 to make a movie with me!!! Once I was done having fun, told them I recorded the entire conversation, and would be submitting it to my attorney. They quickly hung up. That should take care of that. lol

Keeps calling claiming to be an officer.  Doesn't speak english well and voice sounds digital.

I received several calls from this number today.  They had the last 4 digits of my SS# and kept asking me to confirm them.  When I wouldn't and continued to ask them who they were and what they wanted the guy said he was transferring me to his supervisor. I just hung up.  He continued to call back several times.  I told him he needed to send any information regarding the matter to me via mail and I would deal with it that way.  They continued to call me over and over but I kept ignoring the calls. They have left voicemails too.  The connection was so bad that it was hard to understand anything they were saying, aside from the very strong middle eastern accents.
I received calls like this several months ago too.  At that time I had the number blocked through my cell phone carrier. I did the same thing today. I did find out that the number blocking only lasts for 90 days so it has to be re-blocked every few months.

they keep calling me at home and work about some money being owed to them asked for supervisor she hung up, then she calls my job saying that she is officer washington, when i looked up the numbe rit is a cel phone, when she called back i advised her that i was unaware that government officials conducted investigations from a cel phone..lol...and then she hung up, so now when i call them back they keep hanging up on me, this is craaxy, they are disrupting my place of employment and causing issues, wwhat can i do to stop this. i am contacting the FBI to see what i can do

Same as above. They are total scam artisits trying to get you to pay for a loan that you do not owe. This happened to me a few months ago, and I had to have my bacnk account information changed. Do not fall for the scam. Theya re not even in this country.

I received a call from this number twice today for a friend of mine saying that there was a legal action against her for a loan she "didn't pay" Their accent was so thick i had a hard time understanding them and they argued with me when I said I wanted my name off their list.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and he couldn't even get the info right he said they had a legal action against me?! UNBELIEVABLE! Sounded like a scam to me!

Just received the call too, lady placed me on hold for my caller, then got back on the phone as that caller. lol I wish these people would stop calling me.

This guy called me and said the same thing. I just told him he had the wrong number. I want to know if anyone has actually been able to understand exactly what they are trying to get out of us? Just a money scam I suppose.

Just got a call from these people.  Someone with an Indian accent saying they are from the Office of Washington with the Department of Investigations.  Said something about a legal complaint against my social security number.  I think I will call back and tell them that I am deceased.   Total scam.

Same as above. Told me that I was being sued for money I owed to "USFastCash" or something to that effect... which I have never even heard of. I told her to remove my number from her list and she hung up on me. So I got fresh and called back, saying I wasn't through with her yet. She said she could not remove my number from her "list" and that I better get a lawyer. I told her she was full of it, asked her where her office was so I could speak to her directly, and when she said "NYC" I told her I'd come visit her today. She said she didn't want to talk to me directly, so I told her to stop calling me! She hung up on me again. SCAM.

Got a weird call. Hung up on him then he called back and left a message. In the message he said he was part of the department of investigations and that I am in trouble with the law etc. He had what sounded like a middle eastern accent, it was very difficult understand. Total scam.
