They called me and told me that I have won a wonderful cruise. They asked me personal informations and also my credit card number. I didn't give it?
Is there a mean to stop this kind of swindle?

I had a similar experience and called 1-407 260 3621 however did not give my card details luckily. By the way, were you charged for your call?

I also won a 3000 US$ trip and was told I had to pay 898 US$ later (a balance since the totalcost of the vacation was 3898US$), but they need my creditcard for verification of my identity. I gave them a creditcard # on a card with only a small amount, and they were sorry they couldn´t check me on that. Obvious they tried to charge me for the 898.
All was very professional done, and it could been very easy to be tricked. They were very keen on getting another creditcard #, which I was not willing to do. On the site I was told I won, it was two #: The office # 1-407-260-3621 and one Oslo #  21 56 33 20. I called the Oslo# and got Mr. Fabian and later transfered to Ms. Melissa Townsend (Summer Bay Resort).
I usually don´t pay for a award, and didn´t this time either. Thank you!
But, their effort was very proffesionel and they should be stopped some how!

I had "won" a prize on internet.  I was the millionnieme person to join that site ( 1Club free internet radio) It happened on the first radio station I clicked on ( latino radio station)...I had to call 1-321-397-1870 to claim it in the next "4 minutes"!
The lady had to have my phone number, in order to give me any information about my prize.  I did!
I had won a $6,000.00 trip for four, to Orlando!
She said, she was working for Walt disney resort.
While she was on the phone with me...she told me to click on the word "WINNER" to see what I had won.  I did...
My computer froze...I have problems with it since!!
What did she really do???
What did she really need my phone number for???
She didnt ask me for money...she seemed annoyed by my constant asking about, how to get there, since they did'nt seem to provide a plane ticket.
I do'nt know if she hung-up...but I suddenly lost her!

From all the comments I have read...How can they still be active?

I was on internet, clicking on a latino music radio station...and... "WOW"...The big "CONGRATULATIONS" appeared, with all the flashy colors and balloons..."YOU ARE THE WINNER" It said... you are our millionieme visitor on this site, so you "WIN" this magnificent prize.  "CALL NOW"  YOU HAVE EXACTLY "4 MINUTES" TO CALL US AND CLAIM YOUR PRIZE"!! The number was "1-321-397-1870!!!  It looked, and sounded so real!  And, the "4 minutes" trick, worked on me!  I did'nt have much time to think...and I did'nt want to loose my prize! lol!!!  
So...I called!
The lady that answered "Carrol", was a really good dream maker!

and yeah i was owner of that master card. god its one thing to pay for sex and not get it but to pay for holiday and not get it lol

i got call sayin i won 3 thousand dollar holiday,an that to retrieve my package i had to pay 898 before i could get package,they gave me costumer number which was 402uk092908,lucky i didnt have cash on master card.no wonder why there building get blown up in u.s,cause of rats that scam like these people

got a winner notice on a website, i called the number from Holland

first i got a girl named 'Britney Curre' later i talkted to 'Camron Marple' . they asked for my creditcard number and they wanted me to pay 689 dollars. They claimed i have won a summer bay resort trip incl a 4 day cruise for 4 persons worth 3689

my customer ID according to them is 402UK080508

Since i didnt have a creditcard they allowed me to call back in one hour but i didnt do that ofcourse.

Cancel the payment if you can asap. Its most probabaly a scam.
Think about it if you've won something then why do they need 600 euros.

got a pop up on the web stating that I won a dream vacations but Iat the end I needed to give my credit card number and pay close to 600 euros.  Ath the end  gave the wrong details as I was not sure if it was a scam.
