I get daily calls from them since October 2012 when I stupidly filled out a card!!! I have instructed them 3 times since then and they continue to call daily. I am also on the do not call list too. I filed a complaint with FTC and got a response that they can't help me but I can sue them. I just want the calls to stop!!! Does anyone know the physical address of this company???

The problem here is this particular Puronics dealer.  I purchased a Puronics system from their corporate site, and it works great!  It's just that the dealer down here in Longwood is poorly run.  It's disappointing.

Its been 3 months since I went to home show at the Orlando convention center.  I was originally interested in hearing what they has to say, then I wasn't interested anymore.  They call me constantly at lest 3 times a day.  I called them back on the 321-397-4081 and told them to stop calling me, its harrassment.  I did this 3 times and am still getting their phone calls.  I did talk to a live person, guess it didn't help

I keep receiving calls from this number. When I answer the call no one is there. I call it back and I get a person who I tell to stop calling & I'm not interested. He keeps right on talking and going into his sales pitch.
It's very annoying.

This company had called and offered an energy efficiency test.  We agreed and it was the best thing we have ever done!!!  When we moved here seven months ago we had so many companies call trying to sell us stuff but honestly, this company was the most helpful and professional!!!  If you would like them not to call, you should send a letter in writing to: 1608 North Ronald Reagan Blvd. Longwood FL. 32750.  I am certain they will stop calling after they receive your letter!!!

Same things happens to me. They call me EVERY day and they NEVER leave a message. The one time that I actually picked up the guy said he got my number at the home and patio show. I figured if I hung up on him they would stop calling. But now they call every day, don't leave a message and it has been WEEKS. I am so sick of it. How do i make it stop?

I entered a drawing at the home and patio show a few months ago and now this number calls me all the time. The first time they called, they asked about coming to an energy audit and i said no thank you, the guy says well you get a publix giftcard for $25 for letting us come out, again, i said no thank you im not interested. I finally got him to hang up and now this number calls me almost once a day with no one saying anything. I called it back today and they answered "how can i help you" i asked for the guys name and he nastily said Billy, so I said Hi Billy, your number calls me everyday and noone ever says anything, could you remove my number from your call list, he says sure and hangs up on me. i don't know who to contact, but, I'm going to figure it out and I'm going to file a complaint.

Have been receiving calls since mid-April.  No one was on the other end of the line when we answered.  Called the number (from caller ID) and asked to have our number removed from their call list.  A male agreed to do so, but we continue to get calls, and the male answering the phone now has become rude.

This company from Florida continues to call our South Carolina address two to three times a day.

I used star 69 to get their number and called them back to tell them to quit calling.

They were very rude and told me they couldn't control who they called.  

After asking them the third time I came here to complain.  

They offer a container of Tide detergent so I contacted Proctor & Gamble to complain.  

I e-mailed the FCC, BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.  

We changed our number because of Rachel and Heather credit card Robo-calls.

I still keep getting calls from this number, and its been almost a year since my mom put my phone number in a "washer/dryer" thing in the mall. Longwood isn't far from where I live, would it be possible to go down there and personally confront them?

I filled out a form @ the mall to win a washer/dryer (BIG MISTAKE). 321-207-2853 now keeps calling me saying I moved on the 2nd round of winning the W/D, but 1st they need to come out to do an energy audit. Puronics was GS Energy.  They have changed their number to 321-207-2853.  I answer the phone and all I get is a hang up.  Obviously, not a legitimate company.  They have been calling two - three times a day since the middle of July.  I called the local police department, they suggested I change my home phone number!

So this is Puronics of Orlando. I guess they are getting desperate, since I am way way out of their range!  I just wish they would stop using my 800 number to NOT leave a message.

We purchased a Puronics water filter, and were misrepresented from the beginning of the process through the financing. The contract they present after the product is installed is not what you agreed to. Then, they do nothing to fix their misrepresentations.

They are rated an F with the Better Business Bureau, the worst rating you can get due to high consumer complaints and serious consumer complaints.

Also, they will tell you their going rate on the filter is $12,500 - don't buy it. We got ours for $3,500 after negotiating. The top of the line one. We wish we never did business with them now, they are so shady. Just thought we would let everyone know!
