I continually get these "Congratulations, you've been selected" automated phone calls on my cell phone.  I am on the do not call list, yet these spam phone calls keep coming.  

Called at freaking 10:20pm! Hung up as soon as I answered. SO ANNOYING!

One more number to add to my credit card scam list.

just got a new smart phone yesterday - telemarketers ( I assume) don't waste any time calling new numbers. I did not answer as I did not recognize the location or the number. I get at least 5 or 6 calls a day on my land line and never pick up unknown numbers. What a nuisance!

I am on the Do Not Call LIst and they keep calling..WHY?

Got a call early this morning again but no message left. They call about every week.  I'm # is on the Do Not Call list.  Don't understand why I keep getting their calls?  Oh, I know the DNC list is operated by the federal government, so it works only as good as our politicians.

This rang to my cell which I don't answer unknown calls on my cell. no message left. one can assume its a spam call.

Keeps calling my cell phone. Never leaves a message. Cannot get through to tell them to stop calling.

Call from # no message

I get a call on my cell phone once a day from this number. It rings once and hangs up.

Called once and left no message. My action is to never pick up a 321 incoming call.

This number has been calling me for months without leaving messages. Usually in the middle of the day when I can't answer my phone. My number is already on the do not call list so I don't know how tey got it. I tried calling back today and it went to a full mailbox.

called randomly, no msg left, called number back and got recording that number is not in service!! Uggh how do they keep getting our numbers.......

calls my cell too & it's been on the DNC list for years, plus I give it out to very few people.
I just don't answer any # I don't have a clue about -- if it's a "real" call they'll leave a message -- and my real friends know my proper contact number anyway.

Keeps calling my cell during work - this time 11:00AM EST but never leaves a message.  STOP CALLING ME!

Got a call. Didn't recognize the # so didn't pick up. Called after blocking my number and no answer. Added to Android phone reject list.

Received the call at 11:49am PDT.  It rang twice & hung up.
