Getting calls from this number - do not know who

Landmark visa.....it's a recorded sales call trying to get you to change or add credit cards. They can quit anytime, a pain when I have to drop work to answer to a machine!

No one says anything when I answer the phone. When I try to call the number back  I get a recording stating this number is no longer in service or has been disconnected. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
