We get calls from 321-594-2967 all the time. Sometimes as frequently as three times a day. We don't answer. RCI knows how to reach us directly. They don't use a third party.

Yes, I also got a call today from 321-594-2967 and they offered to rent out extra vacations that I can get from RCI. This company is NOT RCI, NOT HGVC. They are a private marketing company of some type. For my multiple timeshares, they offerred me a registration fee of $ 2248 lifetime and I asked for a contract / terms & conditions for review first. When I refused to provide them with my credit card number, they said they couldn't send me a contract for review. SORRY...any company that refuses to email a sample contract / terms & conditions is NOT a company anyone should do business with. Any company with integrity and satisfied customers would introduce themselves, their company and not ask for payment information before a customer has a chance to review what they are reallly buying. So, be very careful and I do not suggest providing any credit card or other payment information to this company without doing your due diligence. For any seniors out there, be careful.....they could be scamming you!

This number has called me several times, and they want to buy my RCI points from my timeshare. They offered me $1500 for my points and all I had to do was register and send them $1200.00. I told them to forget it and stop calling. They still call, but I just hang up when the phone rings. Scammers.

They are scammers! They use other numbers as well. They just want your money. Some advice: if someone calls out of the blue, tell them you want to verify their information independently and ask for a number to call them back. Odds are they won't give one. You can also: google the number on your caller ID; call the company they may claim to represent (by calling a number you KNOW is authentic); if a caller doesn't leave a message, that is almost always a sure sign that they are a scammer. If more people would be extremely skeptical of 'cold calls', maybe some day the scammers would go away (probably not in my lifetime!)

Same thing as Sha, asking me about unused timeshares. I have been receiving calls from these people for months. It always registers as a Florida number on my phone. I do not know the name of the company. I have requested they remove my number from their call lists multiple times and still receive calls. My current method of dealing with them is when I see the number, I answer the phone and just don't say anything. Good way to waste their time as they usually sit for about 30 seconds silent waiting to hear a person answer their call.

They called me asking me about rental of my unused timeshare points. They asked how many point I had.
I asked if they were my timeshare company. They said they were not. I told them I work with my timeshare company only regarding these matters.
If they were with my company they would already know how many points I had.
Told them I was not interested. Their company name didn't show on the caller id either.

They called me too. "Alyssa" stated something about renting out my unused RCI weeks and if I was interested. When I asked if she were representing RCI, she said no. I asked for the name of her company and was told "Summit Market Associates). I politely told her that I wasn't interested and asked her to take my name OFF her calling list.
I will also report this unwanted call to www.donotcall.gov

I belive this group to be fraudulant and only wanting your money. They sign you up, take your money, and you never hear from them again!

Is this a legitimate number for Hilton Grand Vacations Club?
