3217359690 called mid afternoon today. No response when I pick up the receiver. Same happens with these numbers: 3217359687, 3172223533, 321735968 (since Sept. 25, 2009).

Can't believe I found this website!

This number has been calling me about 3 or 4 times a day!! I have caller ID so I do NOT pick up.

When the answering maching kicks in they just hang up without a word.

Freaky. I called BELL Canada to block the number but they will charge me $6.95 per MONTH!!!  So sad. I AM IN London Ontario too!!! Has been going on maybe a couple weeks now.  What can I do??????

I have been trying to get these people to stop calling me for almost two years.  When you ask them any questions or ask to speak with a supervisor, all they do is hang up on you.

They call every day!! After the recording i hit #1 so I could speak with someone. I got through to someone and told him to remove me from there call list. I have never been so verbally abused in my life!!!! Every second word was the F word and worse!!! So today I tryed the same thing.....he hung up on me. So this what i suggest to everyone out there, press #1 and then tell them.... GO GET A REAL JOB A**>*%!

happened today 1st time...been online looking ever since...im in new brunswick....how are they getting our numbers....is it some credit card company....im thinking of disconnecting my home phone any way! Everyday some idiot out there is calling my home....i wont be giving up on getting to the bottom of this...planning a trip to florida....they better be ready!

Call them at 877-340-2600 and let them know you are upset with their business and clients!!!!  Personally, I refrained from giving them my telephone number, as I don't trust people who deal with these scammers.

My hope is that if enough people complain to Paetec at 877-340-2600, they will eventually realize that it is in their business' best interest to drop these criminals (at whatever company that is using 321-735-9690) as clients.

Called them and explained the harassing calls.  Gave the lady the number that was calling me 321-735-9690.

**SHE SAYS SHE KNOWS WHO THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY ARE CALLING FROM - THEY ARE A CLIENT OF PAETEC...  UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO PRIVACY LAWS, SHE CAN'T PROVIDE ME WITH THIS INFO..  BASICALLY, SHE IS AWARE THAT ONE OF HER CLIENTS IS BREAKING THE LAW, BUT WON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFO ON THEM.  SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT SHE COULD TAKE MY NUMBER AND CONTACT THIS CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION TO HAVE MY NUMBER REMOVED.  

DOES SHE THINK I AM THAT STUPID?!?  

I ASKED HER WHY IN THE WORLD I WOULD GO AHEAD AND TRUST A LADY WHO WORKS FOR A COMPANY (PAETEC) THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH CRIMINALS WHO ARE TRYING TO GLEAN CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FROM US CANADIANS.

I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY LOCAL POLICE SERVICES.  I SPOKE WITH THEM A COUPLE TIMES TODAY.

Keep calling up Paetec Communications Inc. at 877.472.3832 and the Brevard County Sheriff's Office in Florida at 321-264-5100 (Brevard County Sheriff's Dept.)

If I have to keep hearing from these scammers, then Paetec Communications Inc., the company that provides them with this service, will keep hearing from me.

The more these folks get FLOODED WITH CALLS FROM US CANADIANS, the better the chances of something actually getting done.

I live in White Rock, BC near Vancouver. Got a call from this number this morning and as it came up on my call display as 321-735-9690 Florida I didn't answer. I don't know anyone in Florida and never answer if I don't know who the person is. Answering machine kicked in and no message was left

Yup, these folks are calling obsessively to our house.  The have called here four times since 9:00 am this morning.

same thing...hang up when I threaten to call my lawyer, etc.  next time I am going to blow a shrilling whistle into the receiver.  Take that jack***

Found out a little more about PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. Apparently they are a long distance hosting service as well as many other things but bottom line they claim to make use of the DNC lists and have offices all over the continent. So most likely it's not them directly but one of their clients that are the scammers. I personally intend to fire off a couple of carefully worded e-mails to the Parent Corp. and hopefully draw some attention to the problem here's their contact stuff if anyone's interested:

Been getting a lot of calls from these pricks. Usually get it in my voice mail as I am out a lot. The recording repeats 3 or 4 times before it finally quits. If anyone happens to be going to Florida, pay them a visit.
It seems they mostly call Canada (I'm in BC)

They have been calling for the past month & half, I did a search on the Internet and they are calling from Brevard County, Cocoa, Florida. Paetec Communication Inc. Florida is able to provide name and address (for a cost of $39.95) served by Switch#ORLDFLMAXOX in the Cocoa area. Data Aggregator PSM-RPD. Did seaarch with Number Investigator. When they call do not press 1 or press 3 as per instructions. Don't answer the phone.

this number calls' the longer you stay on the phone with them, the more money they make. try to avoid picking up phone calls from this number!!!

First time I've got a call from area code 321.

I always do searches on these long-distance and toll-free numbers that show up on call display.

this number keeps calling me and leaves no message. i am a small business and this is no supplier or customer of mine.

how can I get them to stop calling.. its really getting on my nerves.. they call a recording about lower my interest rate plays..never a real person.. guess someone is lucky cuz when I do get a real life person on the phone ohhh howthey are gonig to hear it from me.. wish they just give it up.

got a call while in the shower, after shower tried to return the call and got number no longer in service or disconnected.

Received a call from them about 10:40 am, no one speak and after a few second call was disconnected.

This has to be the biggest swindle call that I  have ever received. Asked the person what company they represented and he became quite agitated and says was the first day on job. I asked to speak to supervisor and Michael passed me to someone called John, when I asked John what credit card company they were representing he hung up on me. I did a search thru Bell and obtained the phone number that was calling me. Then did a search on the US area code and same up with a Cocoa Florida Number.

I hope they all die the most horrific and painful death imaginable.  They cannot be considered people, they are parasites.

Yep - same deal with me.  Been calling constantly, when I try to talk to people to ask to be removed from their calling list, they hang up on me.  I haven't tried calling the number, because I'm in Canada and they're in Florida and I'll be dammed if I'm going to pay for a long distance call to a bunch of scammers.

I requested that they not call, and take me off thier list. When the cfalled again I couldn't get through when I tried to call back. They are a scam.

Dialed them back, I received the massage: disconnected or no longer in service. They are scammers.

Three times they called about 'lowering your credit card interest'
Each time a said "Stop calling me!"
Each time, they hung up!

Stupid idiots called me, I'm sure they have before with that damn cardholder msg. This time they didn't respond so I hung up after about three hello's. When I checked my phone this was the number on my display. They are scammers just as everyone else has stated, calling out of Florida somewhere.I hope no one falls for these a**holes.

If you really want to solve this, contact your own local telephone carrier and have them trace the true originating telephone number-- the caller id is not a reliable source.  The number may belong to one of Paetec's customers but it can be spoofed easily.   Look up caller ID spoofing and you can access many websites and spoof any call you make!
Paetec said this number is not configured to make outbound calls and if you call it you get a disconnect recording.
