Did not leave a message.

I have nicely asked them to take me off their calling list. Each time I've made this request, they just push the "evaluation" harder. On the most recent call I told the man that I've asked to be removed, there is no more discussion, just acknowledge my request and hang up. He told me that since he is not technically selling anything, that he is permitted to call me despite any "do not call" lists. He also kept saying that the government funds this program and since he's not selling anything...hes protected by federal law. At this time I was very angry with the tactics this person was ATTEMPTING to use on me. I reminded him that I've previously asked them to stop calling me and they continue to do so and that the government/state have something called HARASSMENT laws.

The person on the phone angrily said "Yea, have a great day!"

That was the third time that I have asked them to stop calling. If they call again I am reporting them to the Florida Division of Consumer Services. I urge everyone else to do the same. Here is the link:

This company calls my cell phone every other day - same message:  "A friend or family member told us to call you for a free energy check, blah, blah, blah.......".  First of all, I'm on the Do Not Call Registry (which I'm beginning to think is a joke); second of all, my friends and family know better than to give out my #.  This is getting very old.  Somebody needs to put a STOP to this.  There was a bit on the news about companies like this a few weeks ago.  I'm concerned that a lot of the elderly will fall for this and get taken........

No one on the line when I answered. I get this call every day also.

got a message from this #, no option to opt out of the energy savings garbage. I will fill out a form and report them to Consumer Affairs. If everyone reports this #, then maybe something will be done about this..

I get this call almost everyday.  They are trying to cell home energy checks and act like they are the electric company but they aren't.
