These calls are coming from a call center in Costa Rica. They do cold calling and sell the leads to numerous companies. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Energy Audits, Cruises or Timeshares. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay.

Automated call at first, chose a number to talk to individual claiming to get me a cheaper interest rate on credit cards, it's a scam, person tried to get credit card info out of me, when I told her if  you do not have the info, I not going to give it to you, she hung up.

They hung up immediately when i asked for company's name and address.
