Same here. It shows up cocoa Fl on my cell... Hope someone knows why these idiots keep calling and hanging up!

The caller is from the Organization of Energy Savings. They are TELEMARKETEERS!!! If you ask to speak to a supervisor or to be placed on their DO NOT CALL LIST, they hang up on you.

Personally I would love to find out who is the owner of this telephone number with their correct name and address in Cocoa, Florida so that I could contact the Cocoa Police Department and have them arrested.

called my cell. caller id only says "cocoa, fl". they didn't speak when i answered so i hung up. i wish the FTC would actuallly do something about enforcing the TCPA prohibition on robocalling cell phones.

Same here , call from this number is for energy savings. But when I called back it says t.hey are not taking any calls at this time. Losers !!!

These idiots are using several different numbers from the same exchange, 321-961-XXXX.  I can only block a total of 5 numbers on my Verizon account and I've used them all.  I wish there was some way we could get these people caught and prosecuted.

I keep getting calls on my cell from 321 area code and beginning with 961. I've had several different calls from this, and keep blocking the calls, but they keep calling with different last 4 digits. When I answered, it is an annoying message. If I try to call the # back, it goes to straight to voice mail or the # doesn't allow incoming calls. Wish Verizon would put a stop to all this.

I have received two missed calls from these numbers on my cell phone.  We are also getting blanketed calls on our house phone.  Since I pay per call on my cell phone, I am trying to block all unknown callers. I submitted my cell number for Do Not Call, but these have been appearing for the past two days.

This phone number calls my cell number everyday, but when I answer it, they hang up.  Tried to call them back on the same number, goes straight to voice.

My mother is dying and I use my cell phone for critical phone calls.  These people need to be put in jail.  They have called multiplke times EVERY DAY and I am answering this in the Critical Care Unit of the hospital.

Association for Saving Power: Some folks are in line for 3600 in rebate from the govt. Called the house phone prior to this call on my cell.

Second time I've gotten a call on my cell phone.  NOT APPRECIATED!!!!

To file a complaint fill out an online form at the Federal Communications Commission, Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.  There you can show the phone number (business, home or cell phone) where the prerecorded telemarketers are calling and the phone number (321-961-5671) of the offending call.  I filled out the form three times because this same number has called my home, my work number and my cell phone!

It's Saturday almost 2:00 p.m. and these creeps are robo calling my cell phone and leaving their MUCH unwanted messages.  Wish they would pay the bill as well.  This is the 9th or 10th call from them.  The 961 exchange stays the same, but the last four digits are subject to change.  We have 2 other cell phones and get these calls on them as well.  It's probably impossible to stop them, BUT I SURE WISH SOMEONE WOULD!!!

Additional number for "Association for Saving Power."  We actually had the guy come to the house but he wouldn't do his "assessment" unless we were both at home.  He had no i.d., business card, flyers, etc.
