This # is from one of those ANNOYING power energy survey companies. Don't bother answering them. This call came in on my cell phone....they have allour #s I guess !

I got calls from this number but never a message.

get these at least once a week.  They say they are from USA Utility Experts in Orlando FL.

They call from fake or "bluffed" caller ids so they # on your phone will do no good.

Have been getting these calls for some time. Followed their "instructions" to get my number off their list. Still getting the calls.

NOTE: they need to leave a message or you actually pick up the call for it to be a solid TCPA violation I believe.

Just a little FYI, IF anyone is ever able to get a hold of the people responsible for these "gost calls" , i.e. an address of the actual buisness, all these calls to your cell phones (note only cell phones) are a TCPA violation of $500 a piece collectable to you. Per TCPA: "It shall be unlawful for any person within the United States, or any person outside the United States if the recipient is within the United States (A) to make any call (other than a call made for emergency purposes or made with the prior express consent of the called party) using any automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice?to any telephone number assigned to a paging service, cellular telephone service, specialized mobile radio service, or other radio common carrier service, or any service for which the called party is charged for the call".

Under this section, the following calls would not be allowed:
1.   Calling a cell phone to telemarket if the caller uses an automatic telephone dialing device.
How to use this to our advantage.

The TCPA provides a private right of action in STATE court for anyone that is aggrieved by another person. The penalty is actual damages or $500 per call. That means the violations can add up quickly. If they call you twice a day for 7 day that is 14 calls times $500 each or $7,000.  You can sue in state court, small claims court if the amount is less than their limits

In addition, the TCPA provides that for willfully or knowingly violating the Act the penalty is triples. That is right, if they are informed that they do not have consent to call and that the phone number is assigned to a cell phone the damages are $1500 per call.

It is important to keep a log off all of these calls. If your phone bill indicates incoming calling numbers, it is real simple.

How do you get them to stop calling?
If yu are ont he DO NOT CALL list then just REPORT THEM!

2nd call, I ignored the first. Said they were trying to make me aware of $3,700 in "FREE" Government money available for upgrading my heating system.
I told her I was on the DO NOT CALL List. She insisted they were not soliciting my business, just trying to qualify me for free money and wasnted to send a technician out to meet with me.  
Again I said DO NOT CALL list!  And she said they were not trying to sell anything.
I aked that she remove my phone number from their files and she said they would, but then instead of disconnecting me she truned to someone in her office and said (and I apologize for this quote) "I an sick of these F****** who do not even listed"  
Thanks to this site I  clicked on the REPORT THIS CALL link and did just that.  Too me less than a minute!
Then I blocked the call form coming in to my home ever again!

That number is unable to take calls. They route through an 800 Number 800-837-1239

This is the number they are calling from (800) 837-1239. They will not give you a supervisor. And say they are not selling anything. yeh right.

I get calls from these guys every other day. They use to call my home phone on their cell phone which is how I knew it was a prank call. They stopped when I threatened to reveal their number to the police and then they decided to do the same thing to my cell phone number. I don't know how they get it. And it always seems to be a different person on the line even though it is the exact same message. Also, YOU CAN NEVER CALL THEM BACK. It always just says the user is not available to take messages at the time and does not allow any voice messages to be sent to that number. I filed a report a few minutes ago and have yet to hear anything.

Received a call from this number on cell phone.....they left a message of hi,
then hung up. Seems like I get these everyday.

I got a call from 3219874591 AGAIN today (4/01/2011). Also get calls from 3219604500 every day same crap - i don't answer, just add them to the phone book as As* Ho**e #x so it shows on the display when the call comes in and I can cancel it. My number is on the do not call list. Now there are two spammers calling me daily - will soon have to abandon this phone number to get away from this crap. Whey don't i have the option to block senders by number on my GO phone??? (The correct answer is that AT&T likes having you lose you prepaid cell phone account money to scammers.........)

This has been reported by local News Media as a scam  "BEWARE"

I received the call on my cell phone today (04/01/2011) for a free home energy analysis.  Said it was "fully paid for and that they were referred by a friend.  Please call (800) 837-1239 to confirm your appointment".  I have my number listed on the Do Not Call list.
