A caller with indian accent called and states that I and my fiance will be arrested.  Also asked for attorney information.  Says we owe US National bank over $5000 for check and wire fraud.  He threatened with an affidavit, and we need to pay by 11 a.m. tomorrow.  He says his name is "Steven Matthews".  Says if we don't respond immediately, he wishes us the best of luck with what the future holds.

Caller threatens me with check fraud, states I will be arrested . Wants my attorney info so that he can download affidavit . Says I will be sued for 67,000.00 and threatens me with arrest for defrauding US National Bank and only God can help me and I need to pray if I do not handle this matter immediately.

Caller threatens problems.  Say's "if you do not return this call immediately all I can do is wish you luck".  Continues calling and leaving messages and has started calling at my work place threatening the secretaries that it is an emergency and needs to talk to me.
