i am sick of them calling... I at least got a name his name is mike....i get 50calls from them a day... last week they called at 10:30 at night someone please make them stop

Called this evening. It was a recording about a car warranty. While it is just as annoying at least it wasn't one of those "Heather with Account Services" calls.

I get this all of the time.Today i picked up and pressed one as prompted.It was a man calling himself jose and when i told him to take me off that list, I just had silence on the other end, then a dial tone.Very annoying, and if you call that number back you will get a message not in service.

Same exact experience as the two other complaints listed below. The calls keep coming. I politely asked for a name and main number from the rep for their organization and was told it was First National Warranty. I tried calling back the number I was given and it was to an adult phone service!

Just received a call from this number and I did transfer to a rep to
try and explain that the number they are calling is a newly assigned
number for someone else who had it; my number is registered with DoNOTCALL.gov, I have been unlisted for years...so I wanted this other number removed from their list ....the Re hung up on me!!!
You cannot call these people back and they our scam artists!
I did not have this problem till this past year when I was
assigned this second ring number that is attached to my fax machine.
I am adding this second number to the Do NOT call list!  Just keep reporting them!

Calls several times a week, several times a day, hang ups, recordings,  very annoying.  Already on do not call list.  Also reported this number to do not call list.

I have had calls from this number several times.
I just tried to call back and I get recording that this
number is not in service...check number and dial again.
This is really annoying...and probably illegal.
Isn't there someone I can call to complain about this?
There must be a legal way to make them cease and desist??

whoever it is keeps calling and calling going on weeks now.  The one time I talked to the rep, some guy, I said we don't own cars with warranties he slammed the phone down, and I got tha  Very rude, very annoying, and I want to know who the hell it is and how they got our number.

Have alreadsy informed to put my number on the DO NOT CALL registaer; continuing to get calls also they have been getting nasty and say they will continue to call!!

I finally got the company's name. Believe it or not, it's: Warranty Department; at least that's how the guy answers the phone when you opt for a live person. The number that comes up on caller ID is 323-205-3182. I've repeatedly pressed their number 2 that's supposed to opt you off their calling list, yet they keep calling. Moreover,when I do the number 1 to speak with a live rep, when I tell them I've opted out (now it's up to 12 times) and want to be removed from their list, they just slam the phone down in a manner that makes that awful hang-up-in-your-ear sound. They are rude and don't care about when they call. I've had them call as early as (believe it or not) 8:30 in the morning and as late as 9:30 at night. Here's the thing that's weird. I'd swear, each time I've gotten a live rep, that it's the same guy that answers the phone. These people are not cool people and I'd love to find a way to shut them down for good... or at least get that very rude man fired.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone and my home phone.  How strange that people are getting the same thing as me...Yet I have answered and I get a hang up...or they call and leave no message.

This a** keeps calling and hanging up I'd like to meet this guy in a dark ally would it be a good idea to make him famous

Just got a call from this number too.  I reported them to the DNC registry, looked up at whitepages.com reverse lookup, listed as private or unpublished.  They are located in LA.

I rec'd a phone call from this number.  Do not know how they got my number when I'm listed on the no-call list?  What good is a no-call listing, if still going to receive harassing calls? People shouldn't have to deal with these harassing phone calls from salesmen etc. We have just as many rights to not receive unwanted calls, as they think they have to make them.  Really irks me when its late at night, at dinner time, or when you are taken away from a project to answer a "NONSENSE" call!!!!

Just noticed that I, too have this number on caller id. Did not answer it. Rec'd calls earlier today from the other number, too.

Got a message saying that my car has been reclassified and no longer elgible for warranty coverage. I do not how or why they got my work number.
