she almost got me she has an ad on craigslist in Miami fl she told me the same story go to walmart and so on the number she posted is 646-4O3-3972 and the website is thevipgirls.com and this is the ad she posted

yea they are still scamming...on backpage.com for sure...good thing i googled the numer, i told her off too knowing that it was a scam it was awesome! best of luck to the rest of the people that got ripped off, especially in this economy i really hope they get caught...anyone know of a good place to report them?

Damn....I thought this sounded too good to be true. They are posting in Houston now. They told me to call back on Friday and talk to none other than Sara. Sorry some of you got taken. There seems to be quite a lot of these types of scams listed on backpage. Got leery when one of them wanted me to send money through Western Union. Got taken on an auction site like that once. Luckily I had paid by CC and got my money back.

They tried to hustle me this weekend but I didnt fall for it, I played along and it just got wierd then they kept calling n got a lil angry trying to persuade me to send the $300 dollars. I hope they get busted for all the people they did rip off!

sent her my rent money because needed some extra cash to fix my car up send $300 at 5:30 pm on 8/1 and she picked it up at 5:35pm in Norwalk California / said her name is sarah and phone number same 3232170674 / she has a few more postings in buffalo and and san diego since today same number / number is a landline and ran a background check company is time warner communications los angeles california axs
and phone is registered to GARY N SAKAGUCHI

i filled out a moneygram fraud claim and they told me to get a subpoena  ...so i went to the local police and the lady that was assisting me said i cant help u with this this is money lost / didnt evan check the number or anything / also filled a claim on www.ic3.gov and www.onguardonline.com
also she told me to transfer the money to california and the name was KYLE ZITA

By the way she is going by the name Sara today and the number being used is 323-217-0674 it is a landline in the West LA area.

yeah she just tried to scam me also wante me to send $300.00 from a walmart through money gram said it was a deposit for the companys money glad my tranaction didnt go through shes using the name sarah now watch out the ad was on craigslist but the jokes on them their the sucka fools now lol

I didn't fall for this scam but I fell for another similar to this one, I think its the same people but they use area code 818 and her name was stephanie, now I am short on rent

You don't meet them she makes you send the money and you never hear from them again.

goes to show you should research a company or ask to come in to fill out paperwork so that you know its for real. I found this add online and when he called me he sounded more like he was trying to sell me rather than give me a job. He just asked me to go to Walmart afterafterwards and I thought to myself am I that stupid to fall for a trick like that don't get me wrong I am in a desperate situation for money. I just hope you guys get your money back.
