Caller ID "Cell Phone CA" ... AUG 30@9:33am EDT? I do not answer callers I do not know. They did not leave a message. Prior 800notes.com indicates SCAMMER. Also called from 323-281-1419!

I got a call from that number and I live in Atlanta.  I blocked them so I will never be bother again.

and they left a message:
Voicemail from (323) 281-1365  
"kurt(?) you'll have access to a live certified EMT operator as well as to your closest friends or family to inquire further please press one or if you'd like to be removed from the list. Please press five."

Just received a call from the same number. It's the only call I get anymore and xfinity only allows blocking of 12. I may just remove my land phone as a result. Can we get some money back from the sequester to stop these people? Every single day at least one.I use caller id and never answer but still - how annoying.  I want to answer if I thought someone was there and say "Do not call PO-lice please stop!" In the past I just left the line open figuring they couldn't use it to bother someone else and maybe expand their minutes but sometimes they just hang up anyway. Oy vay! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These phone calls are getting to me.  I mostly never answer, have an answering machine and caller ID but there are times I don't want the baby to wake up so I do answer and they are all recordings so I can't answer "Homicide, Detective Watson" or blow a whistle into the phone.  The one that gets me the most is the recording that the FBI says that there is crime in our area and we need a security system.  Yesterday a call came in and the caller ID showed the number as XdmdbB.  I tried googling it but to no avail.  Can't the government do something to end these obnoxious interruptions?  Forget the Do Not Call List because that no longer works.

Do it!   LOL.  Wonder what the caller would say---he or she would probably stutter and sputter, but so often it's not even a real person on the other end, it's often an automated caller (robocall)

Called this morning. We don't use an answering machine so when the phone rings we check caller ID. If we don't recognize the number, we don't answer but go straight to Google to find out who called. Most of the time it turns out to be telemarketers or survey takers. Just once I'd like to answer the phone with "Homicide, Detective Watson" just to see what would happen.
