This person called me multiple times, asking for my address, and about an unpaid loan. "Mr. Murray" asked me to set up payment plans, but said it could be done anytime over the next few months, or i would be served papers. He said that papers were sent to me and i shouldve recieved them over a month ago, and needed to make sure i wouldnt miss the court date and stop me from being served. As you can see, none of this makes sense. This company is a SCAM!

Just received a call from a "Restricted" number. I do not answer restricted calls, so I let it go to voicemail. Some guy who did not identify himself or his "firm" stated they were trying to reach me to settle a claim, but he provided an address where I haven't lived in THREE YEARS! This is a scam, because every creditor and agency that is current has my new address! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION!!!

Pretending not to be me, I received message at my job asking to speak to my supervisor. I told them that they were out of the office.  The woman then left the 323-282-5892 and said have the supervisor ask for Mr. Murray.

received message today from a young woman stating that they, (never said who they are) wanted to verify that the address was correct for me to sign off on important documents.  

other staff members at my job here have gotten similar calls.  it appears as if this is some type of scam to try getting a person's information.

i signed up for the don't call on all phones: work/cell/home
they obviously have a way around this.

A woman who never introduced her name called and left a message stating I have a pending case with riverside county court house with a case # CA 41419. One thing, the phone # is from a 323-282-5892. She even stated that this message is recorded. I went to the riverside county court house website and the case # never existed. I called back the # 323-282-5892 and a man answered with the name Darrel. This is a scam because she used my maiden name which I never used. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Please do not provide $.
