I keep getting calls saying that I have a LAWSUIT filed against me for some kind of cash advance thing!! i have no clue what they are talking about and they call upwards to 20 times a day, at all hours of the day and night.  These people need to be arrested for the stress they put americans through!!!

I got a message here at work saying that my attonery needed to call or myself back as soon as possible.That I had a law suit against me and that I would be arrested if i did not call him back . I really coudl not understand him. I called the number this morning 7 here it would be 4am there and some guy aswered same guy was asleep told me to call back he used the name dan wilson on my answering machine glad that I looked it up cause I would have called back again and they may have got me.

Received messages at work and on my cell phone telling me I needed to call back right away because I have a law suit against me.  If I don't return the call, the next call he would make would be to my manager.

Had the same call today said that i was getting charged with fraud. And i had to go to walmart to pay it. I gave them my attorneys number and they wouldnt cal. He said i had to go walmart and pay 645. Then he asked me three questions. He told me the same thing i would b arrested in the a.m. and no way to resolve this.

I have been having them call my phone for like over 2 months now I am about to change my number..One thing they need to get is I aint giving them nothing.!!! Its so stupied and messed up that people have to try and scam people out of there money when they can just get a real job.!!!!! P.s I had fun calling them and telling them stuff.. ha ha

This company called me about a law suit and said that if I didn't pay over 3000 bucks, I would be arrested and my license and passport will be flagged. They were trying to get me to pay over $1000 to settle the account. I looked up their name and now I see it's a scam. Please stop them from calling me. Oh yeah the guys name was Dexter Cruz.

This guy named Robin Henry, with a very bad accent, has telephoned me several times stating that a lawsuit had been filed against me and I needed to contact his attorney.  According to him, his attorney's name is Dexter Henry.  I was smart enough to look up the number and realized that these were scam artists.  Please be aware if anyone calls you from this number and do not let them intimidate you.  They will try to do this.

these guys have called me so many times at work and left me tons of voicemails on my cell. They just wont stop. I know its a scam cause they told me not to call cash king (wich i paid back already months ago casue they couldn't help me. When i called Cash king and asked about this they said that I was paid in full and they knew about the scam. When I called "Jay Johnson" back and told him I called cash king, he flipped out on me and said I told you not to call them, now I will be arrested for backstabbing him. I started laughing histerically and said even though I paid.. You a s**ty scammer. He said you will see. I told him go ahead and call the cops, my bags wer packed. I then told him to say rubber baby buggie bumpers and laught at him. He hung up.

I took out a payday advance a few months ago and these people with this number  323-331-9286 keep calling me why don't the cops or anyone do something about them they keep telling me to call back or my attorney and saying if you don't come back I wish you luck, so I called back today and pretty much told them to stop calling me I know it's a scan and I'm recording you and they hung up on me I just hope that's the last I hear from them!!! It's really aggravating!

This same number has called me several times and has threaten me saying i owe and a warrant will be issued for my arrest. He calls me at work and harress me. And says if i don't call him back good luck to me. I can hardly understand him, he has really bad english. He calls constantly!

They called me today at my work at home i thoght i was the only one, this guy told me that i need to pay $2,000 or a wil be arrested. He mess up with the wrong Puertorrican!

this is the second time he called today. 323-331-9286 he say his name is Robbin Henry I think that's what he said. Has a very bad ascent and it's hard to understand him. He said his from ACF legal services and that I should pay them. If I do not have the money he said good luck to me.  Now he calls my work desk and knows my SS#. This is crazy. help ! But I did not say it's the right SS# and he starts threatening me and I just hang up on him.

If you get a call from this number,dont worry its a scam,100% ,dont feel stupid,it happens, its a Hindu with a heavy accent, hel claim you commited fraud, felony fraud,ect. Point blank do don't give him any money, pre pay visa, do not be stupid once again,good luck ppl file a police report!!

A man with a heavy indian accent called and said I was being charged with three felonies for fraud. He asked me a few questions such as do u have any dependents, and things of that nature. Then he told me that tomorrow the sheriffs would arrest me at work. First he told me I could not resolve this, then all of a sudden he said he would risk his job and let me pay the 645 dollars back. He gave me instructions on how to get him the money, told me to go to jewel osco and put a balance of 645$ on a pre pay card, (y because with a bank transfer it will trace back, don't be weak minded and give in to this a***ole. I got calls from the same people all week about how i didn't pay my bill to cash advance.com  and wanted me to pay them 645.32 in a prepaid visa card.

I just got a call from these people and refused to give him any info.  I figured it was a scam and after reding what I did here, I see that is the case.  I wasn't concerned about the call when he wouldn't give me any answers.  However, I decided to be prudent and check the name out on the internet.  Thanks for confirmeing what I already figured was the case.

I got scammed with these people, for $645.32... I got called at work and my cellphone numerous times, i just blew it off until i got a voicemail saying; "Good luck sir if you don't call me back by today, we tried to contact you to help but if we don't hear from you soon you will be arrested tomorrow at work and have to pay $3000 to get out of staying in jail in court. They told me the last four of my social and told me my name was flagged with the credit bureau and my social was flagged and my license and passport and unless i paid with prepaid visas in less than one hour i'd be arrested cuz the court was forcing them down put papers thru to court!!" So i took the bait and bought cards and gave numbers and like a dumbass i got scammed beware don't ever do it! Hang up and its true there is an act against threat and arrest to debt collectors!!!

THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU.I CALLED BACK WITH A POLICE OFFICER .THE OFFICER IDENTIFIED HIMSELF.THEY HUNG UP.

Me and my husband have been getting these calls from the same guy, he has threatened us with the police, he refuses to give us a superviser, he was very agressive, he called me names, he said he was going to find me and do stuff to me. He stopped calling for about 3 days but called back today and left a message say "good luck with whatever happens to us". He said we had taken out a loan, which we did not and said we owe over $800. He wouldnt send us any information about this "loan".

I ran a search on the call-back phone number for Dexter Cruz.  His location is 1247 W 7th St
Los Angeles, CA 90017.  Google maps identifies the building as the Services Employees International Union (hence the foreign accent).  The latitude and longitude of the landline phone is: 34.0525, -118.2671

My son and daughter-in-law have gotten repeated calls from this number, and a certain Dexter Cruz (with an obvious foreign accent of some sort), stating that he was a lawyer from and ASD or ADC law firm.  The threatened my daughter-in-law saying that my son would be arrested the next day if they didn't pay $645 within 45 minutes.  The call them back number is: 213-261-6450, so for calling Dexter Cruz back is not the same number as what the original calls came from.  Thankfully, no money was sent to them, and never will be.  But Dexter will be getting a call from me in the morning.

And FYI, it is illegal for them to threaten you with arrest. Let them know you are an informed citizen!

This is a HUGE scam. DO NOT give them any ifo at all. They are getting your personal info from old payday loans or offline. Advise them you contacted the Attorney General and the FBI and you want their name, their street address and a contact person. Tell them you are recording this phone call and they will hang up and leave you alone. Do not give them any personal info at all!

I keep getting these phone calls saying I owe money to someone and to cal lAttorney Dexter Cruz at the above number.  When I hang up on him, he keeps calling back.  He asks for my checking account number which I don't give him. Can't anyone put a stop to this?

I just had a call that said I needed to get an attourney. That there is a lawsuit filed against my name and SS number.
