2 calls in the same minute! CID was LOS ANGELES CA then Cell Phone CA

4/24 14:05  Been calling for 3 mos.  This last time idiot female stayed on long enough to have heard answering machine, still asked for Mr. or Mrs.  Where do these fools come from?

Several times a week these a***oles call.  You tell them you are on the Do not Call list, they  say soory or hangup before you can fully tell them  and then they call back again a couple of days later. Talk about terrorism, these guys are a part.

I just saw this number on my caller ID, says Los Angeles CA and I always let my ansering machine pick up if I don't recoginze the number.  It was about 30 seconds of some clicking noise, then they hung up.  I still would like to know how they could get a number for caller ID, but when you call back it's a none working number.

I just received a call from Diamond Construction.  I have received numerous phone calls from construction companies so I think this is all the same company.  They are either very rude when I tell them I am on the DNC list or they hang up on me. I called the number and there was no answer.  I filed another complain with the National DNC Registry but I don't know if that was a waste of time.  :(

I to got a call (again today) I get one or two a day it seems this one was from LSAN DA 03 CA 323-339-1038  

this is a construction company and when i answer the phone here is what i do first I press the star key after they answer
then i say Oh hey im so glad you called me again i lost your number what is it you are calling about?  let them tell me, I ask for their name and do they have a website or call back number since I lost it last time they called...

THEN... so let me get this straight you are trying to sell me construction and home improvement yet my hubby and most of my family work in the construction industry?  Do you not realize i have just kept you on the phone long enough to record this entire call get your information and turn it over to appropriate authorities for harrasment which I have documented which means I can now sue you for up to 16000.00 per the DNC directory website which i have been on for several years.  

they usually hang up but i have their information and immediatly file a complaint i also have a spiral folder and every time a call like this comes in I document it so if and when i get my day in court I will be prepared.

First call back last Oct.  Obviously, not too bright since they have called many time since, and never received an answer.  I simply refuse to answer unidentified callers.  Stay on line long enough to record "Hello" then hang up.  Give me a break already.

Constant robocalls from these scumbags. You ask to be taken off their sales list and a week later another call from the boiler room.

It seems a lot of the 323 numbers are from scammers.  I get them all the time but since they have no ID, I never answer them.  It's just aggravating, that's all.

When asked for a location - very vague response. Refuses to give out a California Contractor's License number - etc., etc.,  more reasons not to do business with them.
Basically they are a call center who get paid to make appointments for client contractors in your area - that's why they can't give you a state license number - they don't have one.
The numbers they call from are cell phones, probably personal ones, that's why they are always different.

If they do give you a location, it's like "we have offices all over Southern California" - well give me one of them, and they'll hang up.

I refuse to do business with a contractor who has to use telephone soliciting and who is not located within 20 miles of my house.  If there's a problem, you'll hear "well we can't get to (your city) until some time next week, etc., etc. - just either don't answer the call or hang up when they start their pitch.

Or, if you want to game them, tell them they'll have to call the bank because the house has been repossessed, or tell them you've moved and they'll have to call the new owner, or some other legitimate reason they have wasted their time. Or better yet, tell them you want some work done in six months and ask for their number so you can call them - you won't get one.

Must be the same brain dead telemarketing scum with their various 323, 626, 310 numbers that have been calling all day, and all day have been getting hung up on. My husband and I should really look into buying a call block device or call block phone.

Last night nearly 8:30 and just now again.  This is getting to be really a pain.

Phone screen displayed CELL PHONE CA and this number. I ignored it and the caller auto-disconnected after two rings. DIdn't even get to my anti-telemarketer answer message.

Been trying since October, still have not answered them, nor will I ever.  Called about 18:22 this time.  Obviously, since I don't answer during day, they think they might get a response at night.  WRONG!

They called again - their call was blocked  - again!

I just check and of course the phone # was spoofed(False) but the website is also available for sale. Just more dead ends

called wanting to give estimates for home improvement. They said they were in my area. I then asked how did they know what area and he said he had a list and gave the street I am located on. He gave me the website to see their company information. (WWW.SUPREMEREMODELING.COM) I said that is not the problem. Why would I invite a company that breaks the law to come in to my home. I invormed him that he was calling a # on the National Do Not Call List. He tried to tell me I am responsible for telling him specifically and that they have no responsibility to check the # against the National DNC list. I don't know if he was using his actual name but while being a smartass on the phone hinted that his name was Logan. Then hung up

"local call" but  leaves not message

This call comes in at least 5 times day. Area code is East Los Angeles Area. No speaks. Just noise in the back ground.

Hung up on these pathetic scum. So Much for the Do Not Call List... what a bleeping joke, more like the Feel Free to Call List. Thank goodness we live in the same vicinity as police officers though.
