They just started calling my cell phone amd parents house I called back to find out who it was I have severe debt as I am in the middle of disability claim and given I'm not allowed on cvs property due to being severely schizophrenic with other medical conditions after threatening their pharmacist for harassing me they'll have a very rude awakening with me as I can't deal with people amd get overtly aggressive when aggravated.

They call several times a day and nobody picks up on the other side!

This number belongs to a company called NCO Financial Services that calls for a collection service called Capital One Collections.  Their main number is 323-372-6326. I get even by calling them continually to get even and tie up their phone lines. It really pisses them off. Go to it!!!!!

They have called my stepdad every single day for the last month.  When i called the number to try and find out who/why they were calling for, they got irate and would not provide any details for their harrassment. What a$$es

they keep callin and askin for people i dont know, they call about 4 times a week!!!!! and when u call them back it goes to an answerin machine and when someone does pick up they hang up............

Yes, the jerks from 323-372-6320 keep calling.  I have my RINGER turned off and depend on CALLER-ID to monitor calls (no voice mail; no answering machine).  Once, I played a MERCURY INSURANCE AD off the TV for them, then I hung up... J E R K S...

Recently, I received 32 consecutive PHONE CALLS from an UNKNOWN NUMBER.  However, without THE number, how would one file a FORMAL complaint.  I am seriously thinking about changing my telephone number.  But for the INTERNET, I do not need telephone service... I have a cell number.

They call my phone twice times a day.  8:46 am & 7:17 pm.  I have nothing to do with Captial One, yet they call every day.  They even call on Sundays. Isn't Sunday the day to rest???????

The number belongs to Allied Collections, and they are usually trying to collect debts for DirecTV. The problem is that DirecTV frequently "restarts" service for people that have cancelled service, and when the people don't pay for service they're not receiving, DirecTV assigns them to collections.

The collection agency computer dials numbers automatically at a preset time. If someone answers the computer routes the call to a collection agent queue, but they frequently can't pick up right away...hence the silence at the other end.

They called our number and was looking for a person who does not live at all at our house, when we asked them who they were the person on the other line hanged up!

They call my cell phone and home phone and then refuse to leave a message, and if I do answer then they are asking for another person who doesn't have these phone numbers anymore.

I'm getting calls from them all the time. So I contacted AT&T customer service, gave them the name of this collection agency (Allied Interstate) and their numbers I'm getting calls from. The lady said she will submit a request to her supervisor. I think if we all call customer service department of our phone operator each time we get a call from Allied Interstate and report that, they will have to do something about it! There's A LOT of people who get calls from this collection agency. I don't think the operator company will be happy getting hundreds of phone calls about the same problem.

323-372-6320 keeps calling my number when i told them several times that the person they're trying to call no longer has this number.  they keep calling.  what can i do to make them stop calling me?

I have never been home when they call but they call every day and leave a computer message.  I don't know who they are and why they call.

I never had an account with Direct TV. They call once a week asking for people I have never heard of. Does anyone know an attorney that can us the "do-not-call" list against them.

They have called my number several times in the past 2 days (including a Sunday morning). A recorded voice says do not hang up this is not a sales call, but an important message that might concern you. Then if you stay on the line it keeps repeating the message several times. I never spoke to a live person and eventually have just hung up. I also have my number on the National DNC list and wonder why I'm getting called.

I had all of the same issues.  When I would call, they would tell me that they did not have my number on their list and that it must have "already been removed".  I let them know that I had received three calls TODAY and the last less than 30 minutes ago, but they didn't care.

I get a call from Allied Interstate, 323-3726320 on a daily basis. No one is ever there. I run a small business, which is no easy task. They interrupt call from customers trying to make reservations and disrupt the few precious minutes a day I get of personal quiet time. They irony is, I have NO CREDIT PROBLEMS! I don't use credit cards, am not part of the American public who have over extended themselves! Through years of hard work and sacrifice, I am DEBT FREE! I don't owe anyone, anything-except my customers. Allied Interstate is a collection agency preying on people who THINK they owe someone something! These are the worst of villains! A new definition of "un-homeland security!"

Just received cell phone from Sprint for work purposes. Since receiving my phone I get calls at all hours from this number. No one answers and you cannot call into it.
Very anoying as they call at all hours.

I have been getting these same calls. I also have a bill with Direct TV that  I am refusing to pay, I told them to cancel my account and it was 65.00 per month. They did that, now I am getting calls saying I owe 170.00! I don't know why they keep calling and hanging up on me. This is harrassment!

I get the same responce as many of you do they never leave a message and will not answer the phone when I answer it.  I have called them back and they either hang up on my call orthey have a smart remark to my comment (who are you and why are you calling me)  If this is a collection angency
why won't they tell you or even talk to you.  The call's that I have answered seem to be an automatic call system, I think that if you want to stay on the phone for an extended amount of time they will eventually answer.  who knows?  I'm just getting to where if the phone rings and I don't reconize the number, I just let it ring.  If you have a cell number they are calling on you can get it blocked by your provider. HOPE THIS HELPS!!
